Clinical Observation Of Zishui Qinggan Decoction Combined With Escitalopram In The Treatment Of Depression With Liver Stagnation And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with escitalopram in the treatment of depression with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome,and comprehensively evaluate its effectiveness and safety,in order to explore the treatment of depression with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.provide clinical evidence.Methods: 64 cases of mild to moderate depression patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome of depression and discomfort were included in this project,and they were randomly and equally divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given western medicine escitalopram,and the experimental group was given the Chinese medicine Zishui Qinggan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of depression was observed,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Result: During the experiment,a total of 3 cases were dropped or excluded due to missing data and poor compliance,among which 30 were in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment:(1)The total effective rate of HAMD-17 in the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.19%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The HAMD-17 scores in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 70.97%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the symptoms of flank distention,dry mouth and throat(P<0.01),too much breath,low libido,foot atrophy and weakness,and tinnitus symptoms were better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate of depression and discomfort in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.42%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total score of depression and discomfort in the two groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment effect of depressed mood,more sensitive than most people,and fatigue and laziness was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with escitalopram in HAMD,liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome and depression discomfort is better than that of western medicine escitalopram alone,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety..
