Based On The "Phlegm Dampness Carcinogenic" Theory To Study The Clinical Efficacy Of Ancient Prescription Pellet For Eliminating Phlegm And Saliva In The Treatment Of Phlegm Dampness Trapped Spleen Syndromes’s Pancreatic Cancer

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of “phlegm dampness causes cancer”,to study the clinical effect of Pellet for Eliminating Phlegm and Saliva on phlegm dampness trapped spleen syndrome of pancreatic cancer.The clinical effect of the prescription was evaluated by observing the changes of serum tumor marker CA19-9,NRS score,KPS score and TCM symptoms of patients before and after treatment.Methods:Collected the inpatients and outpatients with both phlegm dampness trapped spleen syndrome and pancreatic cancer who visited the tumor center of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021.All the patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Symptomatic treatment of pure Western medicine was applied to the 30 patients of control group,meanwhile symptomatic treatment of Western medicine combined with Pellet for Eliminating Phlegm and Salivathe was applied to the 30 patients of treatment group.The serum tumor markers CA19-9,NRS score,KPS score,TCM syndromes and safety of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in effective rate of serum tumor marker CA19-9 between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)There was significant difference in the rate of pain relief between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving patients’ pain.(3)The treatment group had obvious advantages over the control group in terms of the efficacy of human physical state(P<0.05).(4)In terms of TCM syndrome effect,the improvement of TCM symptoms after treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Concliusion:(1)Pellet for Eliminating Phlegm and Saliva can effectively relieve pain in pancreatic cancer patients with pancreatic cancer phlegm dampness trapped spleen syndrome.(2)Pellet for Eliminating Phlegm and Saliva can obviously improve quality of life in pancreatic cancer patients with pancreatic cancer phlegm dampness trapped spleen syndrome.(3)Pellet for Eliminating Phlegm and Saliva can Improve TCM symptoms in pancreatic cancer patients with pancreatic cancer phlegm dampness trapped spleen syndrome.
