Clinical Observation And Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Yixin Decoction On Heart Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Yixin Decoction on chronic heart failure with heart-Qi deficiency syndrome,and to analyze its mechanism of action,so as to provide new ideas and new methods for further clinical research and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure.Method : The scheme was designed as a single-center clinical randomized controlled trial.62 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to 1 : 1,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine according to the clinical guidelines,and the experimental group was treated with Jiawei Yixin Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The course of treatment was4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the clinical symptoms,signs,serum NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF,cardiac function classification and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were observed and recorded,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results : 1.There was no statistical significance in age,duration of disease,gender,TCM symptom score,and NYHA cardiac function classification before treatment in both groups(P ≥ 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the control group and the experimental group were decreased(P < 0.05),and the TCM symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The levels of NT-pro BNP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P< 0.05).The LVEF level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that the LVEF value of the two groups could be improved,and the difference between the two groups was P < 0.05.The increase of LVFF in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Jiawei Yixin Decoction combined with basic treatment of western medicine has good clinical curative effect on patients with chronic heart failure of heart-Qi deficiency syndrome type,it can effectively improve the symptoms,signs,cardiac function classification,left ventricular ejection fraction,reduce NT-pro BNP,TCM symptom score.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and the reliability was good.
