Objective:On the basis of the theory of five movements and six climates,in patients with cerebral infarction of gender,age,date of birth,carried out a statistical analysis on the onset time,guided by the theory of luck luck distribution characteristics and cerebral infarction of pathogenesis regularity,and to explore the correlation between meteorological factors and incidence of cerebral infarction,provide new theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:The confirmed cerebral infarction cases admitted to the neurology ward of Qingdao Haici Medical Group from 2009(Jichou year)to 2021(Xinchou Year)were collected,and the gender,birth date and onset time of all patients meeting the inclusion criteria were sorted out.Python software was used for data preprocessing,and the date of birth and onset time of patients in Gregorian calendar were converted into the corresponding luck factors,including the year of luck,main luck,passenger transport,main qi,politeness,sitian,and Zaiquan.SPSS25 software was used for Chi-square analysis of the processed and transformed data to explore the distribution rules between the incidence of cerebral infarction and luck factors.Meanwhile,meteorological data of the same period were obtained from Qingdao Meteorological Observatory,including monthly average temperature,monthly average relative humidity and monthly average atmospheric pressure.Spearman correlation analysis was conducted with SPSS25 software to explore the correlation and correlation intensity between average temperature,average relative humidity,average atmospheric pressure and the incidence of cerebral infarction.Results:(1)Gender distribution:among the 16,039 standard cases,there were 8783 male cases,accounting for 54.8%;A total of 7256 cases were female,accounting for 45.2%.Males were slightly higher than females,but there was no significant difference.(2)Distribution rule of age at onset:there was significant difference in age at onset in patients with cerebral infarction,which followed normal distribution(KS=0.066,P<0.001).(3)Distribution rules of luck in patients with cerebral infarction at onset:Age movement:There was significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction patients in different periods of the year(χ~2=27.000,P=0.001<0.05).The year of the year of the year was the year of the earth transportation(21.0%),followed by the year of the gold transportation(18.2%),and the year of the fire transportation(3.2%).The rest are too much water transportation>too much fire transportation>not enough wood transportation>not enough gold transportation>not enough water transportation>too much soil transportation>too much wood transportation.Main transport:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction in different periods of main transport(c~2=10.800,P=0.29>0.05).The main transport was Taizheng with the highest proportion(13.9%),and the main transport was Taiyu with the lowest proportion(6.1%),followed by Shaogong>Taishang>Shaogang>Shaogang>Taijiao>Shaogang>Shaogang>Taijiao.Passenger transport:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction in different periods of passenger transport(c~2=9.400,P=0.401>0.05).The proportion of less water in passenger transport was the highest(14.1%),and that of less gold in passenger transport was the lowest(6.3%),followed by less wood>Tai gold>Tai fire>Shao soil>Shao fire>Tai water>Tai wood and tai soil.Main qi:there was no significant difference in the incidence of cerebral infarction in different periods of main qi(c~2=0.406,P=0.995>0.05).The main qi was Shaoyang phase fire with the highest proportion(18.1%),and the main qi was Jue Yin fengmu with the lowest proportion(15.0%).The rest were Shaoyin jun Fire>Taiyin wet soil>Yangming Zao Gold>Sun Cold water.Politeness:there was no significant difference in the distribution of the incidence of cerebral infarction in different periods of politeness(c~2=0.080,P>0.999).The incidence of politeness was the highest(17.2%),and the incidence of politeness was the lowest(15.9%).Sitian-zaiquan:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction in Sitian-Zaiquan(c~2=0.080,P>0.999).The proportion of Sitian-Zaiquan(Shaoyin,Junhuo,Yangming,zaojin)was the highest(19.0%),and that of Sitian-Zaiquan(Taiyin,wet soil,sun,cold water)was the lowest(15.1%).In the main plus:There was no significant difference(c~2=3.000,P>0.999)in the incidence of cerebral infarction in different periods.The proportion of shaoyang phase fire plus Shaoyin jun fire was the highest(3.8%),and the proportion of Jue Yin wind wood plus sun cold water was the lowest(2.0%).(4)Distribution rules of luck at birth in patients with cerebral infarction:Age movement:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction in different periods of age movement(c~2=0.400,P>0.999).The incidence rate of cerebral infarction was the highest(10.7%)in the year of age movement and the lowest(9.3%)in the year of age movement.Main transport:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction in each period of main stroke(c~2=1.673,P=0.996>0.05),the proportion of shaoshang was the highest(11.2%),and that of Taizheng was the lowest(7.4%),followed by Taiyu>Tai Jiao>Shao Jiao>Tai Shang,Shao Yu>Tai Gong>Shao Gong>Shao Zheng.Passenger transport:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction in different periods of passenger transport(c~2=0.287,P>0.999).The proportion of too soil and too water in passenger transport was the highest(10.5%),and that of too little water in passenger transport was the lowest(9.1%).Main qi:there was no significant difference in the distribution of cerebral infarction patients in different periods of main qi(c~2=1.160,P=0.949>0.05).The main qi was Yangming zaojin(19.2%),and the main qi was Shaoyin junhuo(13.5%).The rest were sun Cold water>Juanyin wind wood>Taiyin wet soil>Shaoyang phase fire.Politeness:The distribution of the incidence of cerebral infarction in different periods of ci showed no significant difference(c~2=0.050,P>0.999).Ci had the highest proportion of sun cold water(17.4%),and CI had the lowest proportion of sun wet soil(16.4%).Sitian-zaiquan:There was no significant difference in the incidence of cerebral infarction between Sitian and Zaiquan(c~2=0.440,P=0.994>0.05).Sitian and Zaiquan were shaoyang xianghuo-Juyin Fengmu,Yangming Zaojin-Shaoyin Junhuo were the highest(17.8%),Sitian and Zaoquan were Shaoyin Junhuo-Yangming zaojin were the lowest(15.4%).The order of sun cold water-Taiyin wet soil>Jue Yin wind wood-Shaoyang phase fire>Taiyin wet soil-Sun cold water.In the main plus:There was no significant difference in the distribution of the incidence of cerebral infarction in different periods(c~2=3.909,P>0.999).The proportion of yangming Zaojin plus Jue Yin wind-wood and Yangming zaojin plus Sun cold water was the highest(3.6%),and the proportion of Shaoyin Junhuo plus Jue Yin Wind-wood was the lowest(1.9%).(5)The correlation between meteorological factors and the incidence of cerebral infarction:there was no significant correlation between monthly mean temperature and monthly mean relative humidity and the incidence of cerebral infarction(P>0.05),and there was a negative correlation between monthly mean air pressure and the incidence of cerebral infarction(r=-0.249,P=0.003<0.05).Conclusion:(1)There is a certain correlation between the incidence law of cerebral infarction patients and the distribution characteristics of luck.The probability of cerebral infarction is higher in the year when the luck is lower in the year when the luck is lower in the year when the luck is lower.(2)Meteorological factors are correlated with the incidence of cerebral infarction.The lower the air pressure is,the more the incidence of cerebral infarction is;the higher the air pressure is,the less the incidence of cerebral infarction is. |
