Objective: By analyzing the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage under different Yun-Qi characteristics,to explores the internal relationship and mechanism between Yun-Qi and cerebral hemorrhage,so as to provide clinical scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. At the same time, the correlation between meteorological factors and the incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage was analyzed to obtain more valuable research results,so as to protect against adverse weather.Method: 1605 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology and neurosurgery of Qingdao traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 20,2011(Great Cold)to January 19,2020(the day before Great Cold)with the discharge diagnosis of "cerebral hemorrhage" were studied, collected the basic information such as gender, age and date of onset of these patients.Convert the date of onset of the patients into Yun-Qi data, count the number of patients in different Yun-Qi periods, and count the total number of inpatients in neurology and neurosurgery in the same period. The ratio of the number of intracerebral hemorrhage to the total number of patients in each department was calculated to represent the incidence rate of cerebral hemorrhage in different periods.Enter the data into the database for Chi square test, and it is meaningful to take P < 0.05 as the result. At the same time, the meteorological data of monthly average temperature, monthly extreme maximum temperature, monthly extreme minimum temperature, monthly average pressure and monthly relative humidity in Qingdao during the same period are obtained from Qingdao meteorological observatory.Spearman single factor correlation analysis was carried out between the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in each month and various meteorological factors, and then the meteorological factors with significant correlation were further multiple linear regression, the result of P < 0.05 was significant.Result:1 The study included 1605 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, with mean onset age of 64.18 ± 15.73 years. There are 984 males, accounting for 61.30%,with mean onset age of 61.04 ± 14.93,and 621 females, accounting for 38.69%,with mean onset age of 67.68 ± 15.86 years, with a male to female ratio of about1.58:1;2 Annual distribution of cerebral hemorrhage: The ratio of the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage to the total number of inpatients in the Department was the highest in Renchen year, followed by Wuxu year, and the lowest in Dingyou year(x2 = 9.229,P = 0.056);3 Patterns of intracerebral hemorrhage onset from a five movements perspective : The ratio of the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage to the total number of inpatients in the Department is the highest in the terminal transportation, the rest are the first operation > the second operation > the fourth operation > the third operation(x2 = 12.320,P = 0.015).In addition, there was no significant difference in the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage under comprehensive factors of main transport and passenger transport(x2 = 42.063,P = 0.225);4 Patterns of intracerebral hemorrhage onset from a six climate perspective:The ratio of the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage to the total number of inpatients in the Department was the highest in the terminal Qi,the rest are second Qi > fifth Qi > initial Qi > third Qi > fourth Qi,which is the lowest in fourth Qi(x2 = 16.267,P = 0.006).In addition, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was the highest in the Tai yang-Shao yang,Yang ming-Shao yin,and the lowest in the Shao yang-Shao yin Jun fire(x2 = 65.023,P = 0.027);5 Patterns of intracerebral hemorrhage onset from a Si Tian-Zai Quan perspective: The ratio of the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage to the total number of inpatients in the Department was the highest in the Tai yang– Tai yin,and the lowest in the Tai yin – Tai yang(x2 = 15.735,P =0.008);6 month distribution of cerebral hemorrhage: The chi square test of the number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in each month showed no significant difference(x2 = 111.043,P = 0.192).However,the three months with the highest number of patients were December,April and November, and the month with the lowest number of patients was July;7 Change trend of meteorological data in Qingdao: The five meteorological data have significant seasonality, that is,they show a regular high-low alternation with the change of season.High temperature weather is mostly concentrated in August and September, and low temperature weather is mostly concentrated in January and February.High pressure weather is mostly concentrated in July and August,High humidity weather is mostly concentrated in August and September.Low pressure and low humidity weather is scattered and not concentrated;8 Single factor correlation analysis results: The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was negatively correlated with average temperature, monthly extreme maximum temperature, monthly extreme minimum temperature, monthly average air pressure and monthly relative humidity.RS were-0.345,-0.317,-0.309,-0.208 and-0.242 respectively. It is suggested that the incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage has the highest correlation with average temperature and the lowest correlation with average air pressure;9 The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed: The fitting degree of the multiple linear regression model to the observed values was 12.7%.From high to low,the influence of the three meteorological factors on the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was average temperature > average air pressure > relative humidity.Conclusion:1 The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage has a certain correlation with luck factors.Wind wood, cold water and damp earth gas may increase the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage;2 The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage has a certain correlation with meteorological factors. With the decrease of temperature, air pressure and relative humidity, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage increases.Among them, the temperature has the greatest impact.
