Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Balance-Adjustment tuina method with functional exercises in the treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis(DLS,within Meyerding Ⅱ°,forward slippage).By comparing the treatment and observation with the conventional tuina method, and discussing the mechanism, the clinical effect of the BalanceAdjustment tuina method was evaluated in a standardized manner, and the clinical application of this method was provided with scientific basis. Methods: 64 patients who conform the inclusion criteria of DLS were divided into a treatment group(Balance-Adjustment tuina group)and a control group(conventional tuina group)according to the random number table method, with 32 cases in each group.3 times of treatment in 1 week,3 weeks as a course of treatment. The data were counted after 2consecutive courses of treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated by comparing the improvement of VAS scale,JOA scale and ODI scale before and after treatment in both groups. Results: There were no shedding and rejection cases in this study, and a total of 64 patients completed clinical observation.(1)The baseline data of the two groups before treatment were analyzed, and the differences were found to be statistically insignificant(P>0.05),and the baseline data were comparable.(2)Intra-group comparison of the results of the two groups before and after treatment revealed statistically significant differences in VAS,JOA and ODI scales between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating the efficacy of both treatment methods for DLS.(3)A group comparison of the results of the two groups of patients after treatment showed that the differences in VAS,JOA and ODI scales were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was more pronounced relative to the control group.(4)All patients had different degrees of improvement in symptoms of low back pain and functional limitation after 2 courses of treatment, with 12 cases of significant effect,17 cases of effective effect and 3 cases of ineffective effect in the treatment group and 0 cases of significant effect,23 cases of effective effect and 9 cases of ineffective effect in the control group;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91%,which was higher than that of the control group, which was 71.88%,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant by statistical analysis(P<0.05),that is,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Both groups could improve the symptoms of lumbar pain and functional limitation to varying degrees.Compared with conventional tuina method, the combination of Balance-Adjustment tuina method with functional exercise can more effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, and is more targeted and better recognized by patients,so it is suitable to be promoted in clinical use. |
