Objective:To explore the influence of electroacupuncture frequency and point selection on the curative effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of broca’s aphasia after stroke, and to analyze the optimal treatment plan of electroacupuncture in the treatment of broca’s aphasia after stroke,to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: In this study,78 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 6 groups with 13 patients in each group according to the randomized control principle.According to factorial design, patients in each group were treated with different electroacupuncture frequency and different electroacupuncture point selection, and the course of treatment was 2 months. The total score of ABC scale and the scores of each subitem and CFCP scale in each group were observed before and after treatment, and the software SPPS26.0 was used for statistical analysis by factorial design to compare the effects of each factor and each level on the efficacy.Results:(1)After treatment, the total score of ABC scale,sub-item scores and CFCP scale scores of each group were increased compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the total score of ABC scale,sub-item scores and CFCP scale scores of each group were compared, and treatment group 6 had the best curative effect(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the total score of ABC scale and the scores of each subitem and CFCP scale were analyzed by factorial design. There was no interaction between electroacupuncture frequency and electroacupuncture point selection in each score(P>0.05).Electroacupuncture point selection had a major effect on all scores(P<0.05),electroacupuncture frequency had a major effect on ABC scale total score, conversation, understanding and CFCP scale score(P<0.05),but did not have a major effect on ABC scale repetition and naming(P>0.05).(3)Comparing the clinical efficacy among all groups, the total effective rate of treatment group I was 66.67%,the total effective rate of treatment group II was 63.64%,the total effective rate of treatment group III was 83.33%,the total effective rate of treatment group IV was 75.00%,the total effective rate of treatment group V was 81.82%,the total effective rate of treatment group VI was 92.31%,The therapeutic effect of treatment group 6 was significantly different from that of treatment group 1 and 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different factors and different levels of electroacupuncture treatment can improve patients’ language function and daily language communication ability.Different frequency and point selection of electroacupuncture can affect the curative effect of electroacupuncture on broca’s aphasia after stroke.Among the electroacupuncture frequency factors, low frequency is more conducive to the improvement of patients’ language function and daily language communication ability than high frequency, especially in the aspect of conversation and understanding.Among the factors of electroacupuncture acupoint selection, the simultaneous selection of proximal and distal acupoints was more beneficial to the improvement of patients’ language function and daily verbal communication ability than other acupoint selection levels. In each group, low frequency combined with proximal and distal point selection was the optimal treatment for broca’s aphasia after stroke. |
