Analysis Between Incidence Of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis And Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Factors Of Birth

Objective:The etiology of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is still inconclusive in the world,resulting in the treatment of this disease is very limited,through several years of clinical observation,it was found that my tutor used the idea of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors treatment,can get positive feedback from patients,so for patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis date of birth and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors carry out certain data analysis,hoping to find the theoretical basis for the interconnection between the two through the data,so as to provide new treatment ideas and directions for this disease.Methods: From January 2009 to January 2020,the dates of birth of patients with lung interstitial fibrosis in Qingdao Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Qingdao Haici Hospital)and Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Huangdao District were counted,and the relevant five evolutive phases and six climatic factors data were calculated.SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis to analyze the correlation between various five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at birth and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Results:1.Age distribution: Among the 562 patients with interstitial fibrosis,338 were male,accounting for 60% of the total,and 224 were female patients,accounting for 40% of the total.2.Among the celestial stem distribution of birth dates in patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,Gui-year accounted for the largest proportion,but the distribution difference did not have a statistical difference(P>0.05).3.Among the geographical branches of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,the number of Mao-year was the largest,but the distribution difference did not have a statistical difference(P>0.05).4.Among the distribution of birth dates in patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,evolutive phases of fire less was the largest,but the distribution difference was not statistically different(P>0.05).5.Among the main qi distribution of the birth date of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,Yangming Zaojin distribution was the most,but the distribution difference was not statistically different(P>0.05).6.Among the distribution of guest qi of birth dates of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,Shao Yang Xiang Huo is the largest,and Jueyin Fengmu is the smallest,and the distribution difference is statistically different(P<0.05),which has reference significance for diseases.7.The distribution of Si Tian in the spring of the birth date of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,Yangming Zaojin Sitian,Shaoyin Junhuo Zaiquan has the most distribution,Taiyin Shitu Sitian,and Taiyang Hanshui Zaiquan has the least distribution,and the distribution difference is statistically different(P<0.05),which has reference significance for diseases.Conclusion: Patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis are born with guest qi of Shao Yang Xiang Huo,Si Tian is Yangming Zaojin,and Zaiquan is Shaoyin Junhuo has the highest correlation with this disease,and it is recommended that patients who meet this condition use the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors ideas for treatment.
