Correlation Analysis Between The Incidence Of Influenza A And The Date Of Birth Based On The Theory Of Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Factors

Objective: in this study,the included dates of birth of patients with influenza A were classified and counted according to the method of five movements and six climates,and combined with the patients’ constitution type,routine blood test and C-reactive protein(C-reactive protein),CRP)to explore its related pathogenesis,so as to provide reference for the application of the theory of "five movements and six climates" to prevent and treat swine influenza and other infectious diseases.Methods: A retrospective study was used to analyze 100 cases who met the inclusion criteria of influenza A in Longhua Hospital,Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2020 and 100 cases who were not infected with influenza A detected in the same period,a total of 200 cases.The data including date of birth,constitution type,routine blood test and CRP were collected.Based on the theory of "five movements and six climates",the distribution laws of year-old,host,passenger,host,courteous and secretary-tian in spring on the date of birth of patients with swine flu were analyzed,as well as the relationship between the constitutional factors of patients with swine flu and the five movements and six climates at birth,as well as the distribution laws of blood routine test and CRP of patients with swine flu at birth.Result:1.Analysis on the factors of "five movements and six climates" on the date of birth:Among the factors of "five movements and six climates",the distribution differences of year old,host,passenger,host,courtesy and weather in Quanzhou on the date of birth are statistically significant(P<0.001).Among them,the year of shipment is the year of shipment is too late,the highest proportion of A,7.5%.The highest percentage of births that were mainly transported by gold was 8.5%.The highest proportion of passengers on the date of birth were transported by wood,accounting for 9.5%.The main qi of Shaoyang fire on the date of birth accounted for the highest,at 14%.The highest proportion of births on "Taiyinshitu" was 10%.Date of birth: Sitian in Spring was Taiyang cold and water: Sitian-Taiyin wet soil had the highest proportion in Spring,10.5%.2.Analysis of constitution factors on the date of birth of patients with swine flu: There were significant differences in the distribution of nine constitution types between patients with swine flu and non-swine flu patients(P<0.001).Among them,the Yin deficiency constitution A flow accounted for the highest,at 16%.In the distribution of the five movements and six qi factors,the constitution of yin deficiency accounted for the most in the Jin movement and Taiguo,with the year of fortune as the year of fortune,seven cases in total.Among the springs in Sitian,the one with lesser yin governing fire and the other with Tian-Yangming dryness and gold accounted for the largest number,17 cases.3.Analysis of five movements and six climates factors in patients with H1N1 influenza A: There were no statistical differences in the counts of white cells,neutrophils,lymphocytes and monocytes and CRP levels among the five movements and six climates groups in comparison with the birthdate groups(P>0.05).The differences of WBC,neutrophil,lymphocyte and mononuclear cell counts of patients in Sitian Chuen6 group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of CRP level in patients of Sitian in Quan 6 group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In Sitian Chuquan 6 group,the CRP levels of patients with H1N1 influenza and non-H1N1 influenza in each group were tested,and the results showed that the CRP levels of Yangming dryness-Jinshitian-Shaoyin sovereign fire in the spring group had statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The predisposing fortunes of patients with H1N1 flu on the date of birth were as follows: the year of old meant too much heat for transportation,the main transport meant too little gold for transportation,the passenger transport meant too little wood for transportation,the main qi meant too little yang for fire,courtesy meant too damp earth,heaven in spring meant sun cold water meant heaven-too damp earth meant spring.The above factors of Qiqi had the highest incidence of H1N1 influenza,suggesting that the occurrence of H1N1 influenza might be related to the above five movements and six qi movements.2.The occurrence of H1N1 is closely related to physical factors,of which,the Yin deficiency constitution has the highest incidence of H1N1.The five movements and six qi factors of Yin deficiency constitution are analyzed,which indicates that when the year is old,it is too late for gold transportation and the proportion of gold in spring is the highest.It indicates that the feeling of dryness-heat pathogen at birth may be related to the formation of Yin deficiency constitution,and the occurrence of H1N1 is more likely.3.The date of birth was Yangming Zao Jin Sitian–Shaoyin Jun Huo in Quan was more likely to affect the changes of CRP level,suggesting that the person born with luck was likely to suffer from H1N1.
