Objective: To observe the main clinical symptoms, signs, work and living ability, hand function and adverse reactions of patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(CSR)treated by Zhuang medicine heat-sensitive acupuncture acupuncture therapy, and preliminarily evaluate its clinical efficacy,to lay the foundation for the further promotion and application of Zhuang medicine heat-sensitive acupuncture acupuncture therapy in the treatment of CSR.Methods: According to the estimated sample size and relevant diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 CSR patients who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group at a ratio of 1:1 according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine, and the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine heat-sensitive point acupuncture acupuncture. Both groups were treated with 2 weeks as a course of treatment, with a total of 2 courses of treatment. In this study, special evaluators(with hidden grouping information)conducted questionnaire surveys on the patients before and after treatment using the Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical spondylosis 20-point scale and the simplified Mc Gill pain detection scale, and evaluated the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of the two groups were observed, and the patients in the two groups were followed up for 1 month after the treatment was stopped to count the number of recurrences. Then, the collected data were entered into Excel, and SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical processing. The differences between acupuncture at acupoints and ordinary acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine in improving neck, shoulder, arm, finger pain, numbness, and quality of life in CSR patients were summarized. Finally, the research results were summarized and analyzed and discussed. Results: 1.A total of 60 CSR patients were included in this study. Before treatment, the gender, age, disease course of the two groups of patients, and the cervical spondylosis 20-point scale and the simplified Mc Gill pain detection scale were compared between the two groups. The gender, age, disease course baseline data and scale scores of the patients in the two groups were all the same, and the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).2.After the treatment, the two groups of patients were compared within the group. The scores of the cervical spondylosis 20-point scale in the control group and the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of the simplified Mc Gill pain detection scale were significantly higher than those before treatment. Both groups were significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(Pall< 0.01),indicating that both groups could significantly improve the symptoms, signs, and hand functions of CSR patients after treatment, improve their working and living abilities, and relieve their symptoms.pain condition.3.After the treatment, the two groups of patients were compared between the two groups. After treatment, the scores of the 20-point cervical spondylosis scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups of symptom scores and hand function scores.(P < 0.05),there were significant differences in the scores of work and living ability, physical signs and total scores between the two groups(all P < 0.01),indicating that the observation group improved the symptoms, work and living ability of the patients after treatment, physical signs and hand functions were better than the control group, especially the work and living ability and physical signs were more significant. In terms of the simplified Mc Gill pain detection scale score, the PRI score,VAS score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(Pall < 0.01).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the PRI and VAS scores, but the two groups were comparable in improving the PPI score.4.Comprehensive clinical efficacy evaluation after treatment. There were 30 patients in the control group, including 2 cured,10 markedly effective,14 effective, and 4 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 86.67%;30 patients in the observation group, including 5 cured and 16 markedly effective. There were 7 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with a total effective rate of 93.33%.There was a statistically significant difference in the comprehensive clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: After stopping treatment for 1 month, the recurrence rate of the two groups of patients was followed up.The recurrence rate of the control group was 31.25%,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.00%.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of the observation group was more durable than that of the control group.6.Adverse reaction report: The general vital signs of the patients were monitored before and after treatment, and no obvious abnormality was found in the two groups of patients.During the treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Zhuang medicine heat-sensitive acupuncture acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of CSR patients such as neck, shoulder, arm, finger pain and numbness, improve the patient’s work and living ability, improve the patient’s physical signs and hand function, and has no obvious adverse reactions. The clinical application prospect is worthy of further promotion and application.
