Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction In The Treatment Of Migraine Of Wind Phlegm And Stasis Type And Its Effect On The Levels Of Homocysteine And Substance P

Objective:By observing the efficacy of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction in the treatment of migraine(wind phlegm and stasis type)and the changes of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and substance P(SP),to evaluate the feasibility of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction in the treatment of migraine(wind phlegm and stasis type)and preliminarily discusses its effect on the contents of Hcy and SP,to provide a theory basis for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Intervention in the clinical practice prevention.Methods: 66 patients with migraine(wind phlegm and stasis type)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sibelium(flunarizine hydrochloride capsule),and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Sanpian Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.Evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment,observe the changes of Hcy and SP concentration before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei sanpian Decoction in the treatment of migraine(wind phlegm and stasis type)and its influence on the content of Hcy and SP.Results: 1.The efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome:After treatment,the TCM single syndrome scores of treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;For the two groups improvement of "head giddy,headache such as dizziness,head tingling,nausea and vomiting,depression,tongue images and pulse images"(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than the control group;For the two groups improvement of "chest and epigastric fullness,tinnitus,insomnia and dreaminess"(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;Comparing the total score of TCM syndrome between the two groups,treatment group and control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease degree in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.2.Western medicine clinical efficacy: After treatment,the headache pain scores and the degree of headache grading scores of treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatmen,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group(87.50%)was higher than that of the control group(67.74%)(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.Laboratory indexes: after treatment,the content of Hcy in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the content of Hcy in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with significant difference;After treatment,the contents of SP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the content of SP in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),with very significant difference.4.There were no obvious adverse events during the clinical treatment.Before and after treatment,the ECG、liver and kidney functions and three conventions of the treatment group and the control group were normal without abnormal changes.Conclusion:The scheme of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction combined with Sibelium(flunarizine hydrochloride capsule)can effectively improve the TCM syndrome and headache pain degree of migraine of wind phlegm and stasis type patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.The curative effect is better than that of Western medicine alone;At the same time,compared with western medicine alone,Jiawei Sanpian Decoction combined with Sibelium significantly reduces the levels of Hcy and SP,which provides a theoretical basis for Jiawei Sanpian Decoction to have anti-inflammatory and immune regulating effects,and speculates that it may improve migraine by reducing the levels of Hcy and SP.
