| Objective: With the help of medical infrared thermal imaging technology,the distribution characteristics of infrared thermograms of patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction and healthy people were observed and analyzed in the triple energizer area,and then compare and observe the changes of infrared thermograms of patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction treated with traditional Chinese medicine,which provided a new idea for studying the abnormal infrared thermograms of wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction and clinical syndrome differentiation.Method:1.Randomly select 30 patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction and 30 healthy people who volunteered to participate in this study,among which,the patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction were the experimental group and the healthy people were the control group.Medical infrared thermal imager was used to collect the image information of subjects’ trifocal area,and the collected image information was divided into three observation areas of upper focus,middle focus and lower focus according to "Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine",and then the average temperature of each observation area was collected separately.Finally,the distribution characteristics of infrared thermal images of experimental group and control group were compared and analyzed.2.Patients in the experimental group were treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction,and the infrared thermograms were collected after two weeks of treatment.The characteristic changes of infrared thermograms in the experimental group before and after treatment were compared and observed.At the same time,TCM syndromes and ADL scores of patients in the experimental group were performed before and after treatment,so as to confirm that there is a close correlation between the changes of infrared thermograms distribution characteristics and TCM syndromes.Results:1.A total of 60 subjects were included in this study,of which 0 were excluded or dropped out during the experiment.The infrared thermograms of60 subjects were collected.There is no statistical difference in age and sex between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),which is comparable.2.In the recovery period of cerebral infarction,the overall distribution characteristics of infrared thermograms of patients with wind-fire disturbance syndrome in the triple-focus area are "upper heat and lower cold",with the highest average temperature in the upper focus,followed by middle focus and lower focus,and the statistical analysis shows that the difference of average temperature in the three observation areas is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The infrared thermogram distribution characteristics of healthy people in the triple-focus area are that the average temperatures of the upper,middle and lower focuses are generally balanced,and there is no obvious deviation between cold and heat,and statistical analysis shows that the difference of average temperatures in the three observation areas is not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Compared with healthy people,the average temperature of upper focus of patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction is higher than that of healthy people,and the average temperature of lower focus of patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction is lower than that of healthy people,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the average temperature of the middle coke(P>0.05).5.After two weeks of treatment with Tianma Gouteng Decoction,the average temperature in the triple energizer tends to be balanced,the average temperature in the upper energizer decreases,and the average temperature in the lower energizer increases,and it is statistically significant to analyze the changes of the average temperature in the upper energizer and the lower energizer before and after treatment(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the self-care ability of patients with wind-fire disturbance syndrome in the recovery period of cerebral infarction was improved,and the ADL score after treatment was higher than that before treatment.After treatment,the wind-fire disturbance syndrome improved,and the TCM syndrome score after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).7.Before and after treatment,there was a significant positive correlation between the difference of TCM syndrome integral and the difference of upper focus temperature and lower focus temperature(P< 0.05,R>0),and there was a significant negative correlation between the difference of ADL score and the difference of upper focus temperature(P< 0.05,R<0),and there was a significant negative correlation between the difference of TCM syndrome integral and the difference of ADL score(P< 0.05,R<0).Conclusion:1.The infrared thermogram distribution of patients with wind-fire disturbance syndrome in the recovery period of cerebral infarction in the triple energizer region has certain characteristics,which is characterized by "upper heat and lower cold",while healthy people do not have obvious cold-heat bias.2.Tianma Gouteng Decoction has certain curative effect on patients with wind-fire disturbance in the recovery period of cerebral infarction.3.Before and after treatment,there is a significant correlation between the difference of TCM syndrome integral and the difference of upper focus temperature and lower focus temperature,the difference of ADL score and the difference of upper focus temperature,and the difference of TCM syndrome integral and ADL score.4.Infrared thermogram can provide visual and digital diagnostic basis for the diagnosis of wind-fire disturbance syndrome in the recovery period of cerebral infarction,and can also assist in judging the curative effect before and after treatment. |
