Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Lacunar Cerebral Infarction With Wind-fire Disturbance Syndrome By Tianma Gouteng Decoctio

Objective: By observing the efficacy and safety of Tianma hook vine drink in the treatment of acute lacunar cerebral infarction,this paper promotes the promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.Method: A total of 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria who visited the Department of Neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in January 2022～December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine conventional treatment such as antiplatelet aggregation,lipid lowering and stabilizing spots,blood pressure control,blood sugar control and other conventional treatments according to the patient’s condition,and the experimental group was treated with Tianma hook vine drink on the basis of Western medicine conventional treatment,one dose per day,200 ml each time,warm in the morning and 2 hours after eating.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks,and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assessment score,and Tinetti Mobility Assessment were evaluated before and after treatment.Barthel index score,modified Rankin Scale score,TCM syndrome score,serum homocysteine,C-reactive protein and various safety indicators,observe and record the adverse reactions of patients during treatment.Results:(1)The NHISS,Tinetti POMA score,BI score,m RS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Hcy and CRP in both groups were better than before treatment,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)No adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion:(1)Tianma hook vine drink can reduce the degree of neurological deficits,reduce the risk of falls,improve their independent living ability,and improve their medical symptoms in acute lacunar cerebral infarction.(2)Tianma hook vine drink can reduce the risk of early neurological deterioration and re-stroke in patients with acute lacunar cerebral infarction,improve their prognosis and have good safety.
