Effect Of Yiqi Congming Decoction On ASL In Patients With Vascular Cognitive Disorders Of Qi Deficiency Type

Objective:Through the clinical study of Yiqi Congming Decoction in treating patients with vascular cognitive disorders of qi deficiency type,to analyze the curative effect of Yiqi Congming Decoction in treating vascular cognitive disorders,and to reflect the cerebral blood flow perfusion by arterial spin labeling technology and brain injury by serum S100βprotein detection technology,and to explore the mechanism of Yiqi Congming Decoction in treating patients with vascular cognitive disorders of qi deficiency type.Methods:64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of vascular cognitive disorders due to qi deficiency were randomly divided into control group（32 cases）and observation group（32 cases）.During the experiment,2 cases in observation group fell off,and 62 cases were finally included,including 32 cases in control group and 30 cases in observation group.Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was given donepezil hydrochloride,and the observation group was given Yiqi Congming Decoction（granules）orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks,and the time nodes before and after treatment were selected as observation points.Observe the changes of ADL,MMSE,NIHSS score,central nerve specific protein（S100βprotein）,ASL regional cerebral blood flow perfusion（r CBF value）and TCM syndrome score before and after,and record the safety indexes of blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other adverse reactions.Results:The MBI,MMSE,NIHSS scores and serum S100βprotein levels between the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment（P<0.01）.Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and r CBF value of left hippocampus and frontal lobe in the control group（P>0.05）,but there were significant differences in all indexes in the observation group（P<0.05）.It is suggested that both groups of treatment can improve patients’daily living ability and cognitive ability,reduce brain tissue damage and improve neurological deficit symptoms,while Yiqi Congming Decoction group can also improve blood flow perfusion and qi deficiency symptoms in the left hippocampus and frontal lobe of patients.MBI,MMSE,TCM syndrome score,S100βprotein,r CBF value of left hippocampus（PLD=1.5s and 2.5s）and r CBF_1.5 of left frontal lobe were significantly different between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）,among which there was significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups（P<0.01）.There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and r CBF_2.5 of left frontal lobe between the two groups（P>0.05）.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score（P<0.01）.It is suggested that Yiqi Congming Decoction group is better than the control group in improving patients’daily living ability and cognitive ability,alleviating brain tissue injury and qi deficiency symptoms,and improving left hippocampus and left frontal lobe blood flow perfusion（PLD=1.5s）,especially for qi deficiency symptoms,but not for left frontal lobe perfusion and neurological deficit with PLD=2.5s.Conclusion:Yiqi Congming Decoction can effectively treat vascular cognitive disorders of qi deficiency type.By improving qi deficiency symptoms of patients with vascular cognitive disorders of qi deficiency type,this prescription can increase blood flow perfusion in the left frontal lobe and hippocampus,alleviate brain injury,improve cognitive ability,and then improve patients’daily living ability,and the clinical medication is safe.
