| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of tinnitus(kidney essence deficiency type)by the method of replenishing qi and promoting the wisdom,and to find a more effective way for the treatment of tinnitus(kidney essence deficiency type)Methods: Tinnitus in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital massage department and Department of ENT in our hospital during the period from May 2016 to November 2016(kidney deficiency type)64 patients were randomly divided into control group,Gaomo group,Gaomo group of 32 cases,32 cases in the control group.Gaomo group using massage therapy combined with application of Yiqicongming ointment,once a day.15 days for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses of treatment;the control group received Yiqicongming decoction,one dose daily,morning fasting day,15 days for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The severity of tinnitus and tinnitus records,follow-up for one month.And the application of SPSS data on 19 Statistical analysis was performedResults: The efficacy of the two groups of fractional statistics,statistical analysis,Gaomo group cure rate was 9.7%,the control group was 3.2%,two groups have significant difference in cure rates(P<0.05).Gaomo patients tinnitus severity was significantly decreased,by statistical analysis(P < 0.01)was significant difference.Gaomo group the recurrence rate was 22.2%,the recurrence rate of the control group 33.3%,two groups of patients have differences in the recurrence rate.Gaomo group a total of 32 cases,1 cases were lost and 3 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80.6%;control group 32 cases,and Results 1 cases were cured,effective in 8 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,the total effective rate was 67.7%.Conclusion: The treatment method of Yiqi Congming ointment massage in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness(kidney deficiency type)compared with conventional drug therapy,the former not only has obvious curative effect,and convenient operation,lasting effect,is a kind of safe and effective therapy,the clinical observation shows that the former let the patient easy to accept,suitable for wide clinical application. |
