Study On The Theoretical System And Clinical Application Of Professor Shan Qiuhua’s Method Of Soothing The Liver And Regulating The Spirit

Objective:This paper summarized the theoretical system and clinical experience of Professor Shan Qiuhua’s method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit,and analyzed the literatures and medical records of the method by using modern data mining technology,So as to summarize the main symptoms and acupoint compatibility characteristics of Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture,in order to broaden the ideas of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:1.Manuscript sorting:collect and sort out the videos,manuscripts and meetings of Professor Shan Qiuhua on the thought of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit,carry out comprehensive and systematic learning,and clearly show the origin,formation and expanded application of the acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit.2.Literature data:collect the literature related to the method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit from 1970 to 2021,select the literature that meets the research requirements of this subject according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,sort out the main symptoms and acupoint compatibility characteristics,input them into excel table,establish data mining model,and mine them by using the methods of frequency and frequency association rule analysis.3.Medical record collection:collect the cases diagnosed and treated by Professor Shan Qiuhua in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Shandong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and using the method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit,and use Excel to establish the case data statistical table,Sort out and summarize its application law.Results:1.Professor Shan Qiuhua studied classic medical books and proposed that the key of acupuncture treatment is "treating spirit".After treating spirit,it is easier to get Qi.After getting Qi,the Qi and blood in the meridians can run smoothly,and the Yin and yang are in relative balance,so as to achieve the purpose of curing the disease.Secondly,under the guidance of predecessors’ experience,we have an epiphany that the depth and manipulation of acupuncture play a vital role in the curative effect of acupuncture.After years of clinical experience,the treatment methods with distinctive characteristics were formed,that is,Baihui,Yintang,Sishencong,shenting,Benshen,Neiguan and Taichong,Combined with the acupuncture technique characterized by rapid shaking and stabbing,small lifting and inserting,twisting and turning layer by layer,It was named soothing the liver and regulating the spirit acupuncture method,and then expanded to "regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to open the orifices","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to promote the lung","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to promote the stomach","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to tonify the kidney","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to calm the heart".2.According to statistics,a total of 220 documents related to the acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit were collected and sorted out 125 typical medical cases.After analysis,it is concluded that its main diseases involve many disciplines such as internal medicine,gynecology and surgery.Most of them are internal medicine diseases.According to the genus of traditional Chinese medicine,they are divided into five categories,namely brain system,heart system,kidney system,spleen and stomach system and lung system diseases.According to the calculation,there are 14 dominant and main diseases,which are depression,insomnia,tension headache,migraine,anxiety disorder,post-stroke depression,mild cognitive impairment,climacteric syndrome,infantile tic syndrome,hemifacial spasm,intractable hiccup,children’s cerebral palsy,vertigo and tinnitus.There are100 compatible acupoints,21 of which have the highest frequency,including Fengchi,Fengfu,Taiyang,Shuigou,Fenglong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Zhongwan,Tians hu,Guanyuan,Hegu,Qimen,Xinshu,Shenmen,Ganshu,Shenmai,Zhaohai,Taixi,Feishu,Lianquan,Danzhong.According to the effect of acupoints,they can be divided into refreshing the brain and opening the orifices,strengthening the spleen and stomach,calming the heart and calming the mind Nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,dispersing wind and dispersing lung.Conclusion:Professor Shan qiuhua is good at treating diseases of internal medicine,gynecology and pediatrics with the method of soothing liver and regulating the spirit,such as tension-type headache,vertigo,infantile enuresis,climacteric syndrome,insomnia and stomachache.According to the different symptoms and etiology,it is combined with resuscitation and refreshing the brain,tonifying the kidney,calming the heart and harmonizing the stomach.Five treatment methods are proposed,which are "regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to open the orifices","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to promote the lung","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to promote the stomach","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to tonify the kidney","regulating the liver and regulating the spirit to calm the heart".The core of the treatment is regulating the spirit,the divine mechanism is normal.God belongs to its position,qi and blood harmony,body strong,evil can not do.The primary purpose of single old clinical syndrome is to treat god and adjust god.Attention should be paid to the selection and compatibility of acupoints,especially to the application of acupuncture techniques,and the method of "the acupuncture technique characterized by comfort and spirit adjustment,rapid shaking and needling,small lifting,inserting and twisting layer by layer" was put forward to relieve the pain and fear of patients and improve the curative effect.
