Observation On The Curative Effect Of Bupi Shugan Guquan Granules In The Treatment Of Neurogenic Urinary Frequency (Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency) In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bupi Shugan Guquan Granules in the treatment of neurogenic urinary frequency(syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)in children,and to evaluate its effectiveness.Methods: 60 children diagnosed with neurogenic urinary frequency(liver stagnation,spleen deficiency syndrome)were selected and tested in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics of Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The random number table method was used for the grouping method,and the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Bupi Shugan Guquan Granules,and the control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine Xiaoyao Pills.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Symptoms before and after treatment were compared and quantitatively integrated,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to calculate the data.Results: Comparing the experimental group and the control group after treatment,it was found that there was no significant difference in the improvement of urine output,abdominal distension and sighing between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.In addition,the curative effect of treating other symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.After treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were counted,the experimental group was 89.66%,and the control group was 76.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that Bupi Shugan Guquan Granule is better than Xiaoyao Pill in improving symptoms such as frequent urination.Conclusion: Bupi Shugan Guquan Granules and Xiaoyao Pills have therapeutic effects on the symptoms of frequent urination and urgency caused by neurogenic urinary frequency(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)in children,but Bupi Shugan Guquan Granules are better in improving the symptoms of frequent urination.Yu Xiaoyao Pill,and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period.
