| Objective : To research the influence of umbilical treat on endometrial volume in patients with moderate and severe IUA after TCRA by giving umbilical treat linked with fenmoton treat Sexual influence and possible mechanisms of action.Method: The 60 IUA patients with TCRA who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the observation group were treated with umbilical therapy combined with fenbutone,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with fenbutone alone.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed;the intimal thickness,uterine cavity volume,intimal vascularization index,blood flow index,vascularized blood flow index and uterine artery blood flow RI were contrasted,PI and other three-dimensional ultrasound parameters;compared the expression of PDGF and TIMP-1before treatment and at the second probe.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).2.In terms of intimal thickness,uterine cavity volume,and intimal blood flow parameters,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of RI and PI of uterine artery blood flow,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).4.The expressions of PDGF and TIMP-1 between the two groups at the secondary inspection was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Umbilical therapy combined with fenmeton can eff ectively ameliorate the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in IUA patients after TCRA,and can ameliorate the endomet rial thickness and endometrial blood flow status of IUA patients after TCRA,thus stimulating the growing,growth,and restore of e ndometrial,and improving the endometrial receptivity.The formati on of IUA may be related to the high expression of PDGF and TIMP-1 in the endometrium. |
