Clinical Observation Of Baihe Jieyu Recipe Combined With Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Of Liver Meridian Stagnation Heat Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baihe Jieyu Decoction combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder due to stagnation of heat in liver meridian,this paper discusses the improvement degree of this scheme for patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and provides effective theoretical support for clinic,thus providing reliable comprehensive treatment measures for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder due to stagnation of heat in liver meridian.Methods:In this study,60 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of generalized anxiety disorder due to stagnation of heat in liver meridian were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-made prescription Baihe Jieyu Fang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,while the control group was only treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,all of which were treated with clinical intervention for 6 weeks.Observe the changes of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and TCM syndrome score scale before and after treatment,and judge the curative effect by the score of HAMA scal and the reduction rate of TCM syndrome score,and record the adverse reactions of the two groups with TESS.SPSS26.0 was used to statistically analyze the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)At the end of this experiment,a total of 60 patientswere included,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,all of which completed the experimental study and no shedding cases were treated.(2)Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,sex and course of disease(p>0.05).Before treatment,HAMA score,SAS score,TCM syndrome score and syndrome factor score had no statistical significance(p>0.05)and were comparable.(3)After treatment,HAMA score and SAS score of patients in both groups decreased,and the difference was significantcompared with the scores before treatment in the same group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,HAMA score and SAS score of the treatment group decreased more obviously,and the difference was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,which was statistically significant compared with the scores before treatment in the same group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased more significantly,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).(5)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome factors in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was significant,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the scores of syndrome factors in the two groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,among which the scores of symptoms such as irritability,chest tightness,hypochondriac distention,restlessness,and five-upset fever were significantly different(p<0.05),which showed that the treatment group had a more significant effect on the above symptoms.(6)Comparison of curative effects:the total effective rates of HAMA scores in the treatment group and the control group were 83.33% and 66.67%,respectively,and the difference of curative effect grades was significant,which was statistically significant(p<0.05);the total effective rates of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 76.67%,respectively,and the difference of curative effect grades was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)Baihe Jieyu recipe combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets has a good clinical effect in treating generalizedanxiety disorder of liver meridian stagnation;(2)Baihe Jieyu recipecombined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets is superior to paroxetine hydrochloride tablets alone in treating generalized anxiety disorder.(3)Combined medication and mutual assistance can shorten the treatment time,improve the quality of life and have no obvious side effects compared with traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine alone,which can provide a new idea and method for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with stagnation of heat in liver meridian.
