Clinical Study Of Yizhi Yangshen Decoction On Mild To Moderate Vascular Dementia Of The Heart And Liver Yin Deficiency

ObjectiveThrough clinical observation,this study studies the clinical efficacy of Yizhi Yangshen Decoction in the treatment of heart liver yin deficiency syndrome of mild to moderate vascular dementia,and preliminarily discusses the intervention effect of the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on vascular dementia,hoping to provide basis for the further popularization and application of Yizhi Yangshen Decoction and better guide the clinical treatment of vascular dementia.MethodsAll patients were outpatients and inpatients in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine and neurology of Shandong provincial hospital.64 patients with mild to moderate vascular dementia syndrome of heart liver yin deficiency who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected,including 31 cases in the observation group and 29 cases in the control group.The control group was given donepezil hydrochloride tablets(Aricept),and the observation group was treated with Yizhi Yangshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.12 weeks was a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Moca,MMSE,ADL,BBS and TCM syndrome scores were observed and recorded before treatment,12 weeks and 24 weeks respectively.The changes of clinical efficacy and drug safety performance before and after treatment were observed.All data were analysed by spss26.0.Results1.In terms of curative effect of TCM syndromes,after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,and that of the control group was 58.32%.The curative effect of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.In terms of MOCA scale,MMSE scale,ADL scale and BBS scale,after treatment,compared with before treatment,the observation group and the control group were improved,and the difference was significant(P <0.05);Between groups: the improvement of each score in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.In terms of TCM syndrome score,after treatment,the observation group improved the single score of TCM syndrome more significantly than the treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Yizhi Yangshen decoction combined with Aricept and Aricept alone are effective in the clinical treatment of vascular dementia.2.Yizhi Yangshen decoction combined with Aricept is better than Aricept alone in improving cognitive function,mental state and ability of daily living in patients with vascular dementia.3.The clinical effect of Yizhi Yangshen decoction combined with Aricept on TCM syndrome of heart liver yin deficiency of mild to moderate vascular dementia is better than that of Aricept alone.4.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of taking Yizhi Yangshen decoction,which was safe.
