| Objective: In this study,the clinical efficacy and safety of Hewei decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome were objectively evaluated by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,the change of TCM syndrome score and the evaluation of detection items before and after treatment,so as to provide new ideas and prescriptions for enriching traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis Law.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of spleen and stomach in Xianhu hospital from April 2020 to January2021 were included in this study.The 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets and Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets,The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Weitang.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The patients were followed up one month after the treatment to investigate the recurrence rate of ch ronic gastritis.During the treatment of the two groups,it is forbidden to give any other drugs for the treatment of chronic gastritis.Observe and analyze the total score of clinical symptoms,single clinical symptom score,clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment for 4 weeks.After collecting all the experimental data,make statistical an alysis on the clinical efficacy of this study,and objectively evaluate the effectiveness,safety and recurrence of Hewei decoction.Results:(1)Comparability analysis of the two groups before treatment: there were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the general observation items,the diagnosis types of gastritis and the TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Improvement of clinical symptoms: comparison between the two groups: after treatment,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,such as fullness or pain in the epigastric region,noisy vomiting,belching hiccup,lack of appetite,chest tightness or good rest,mental fatigue,dry mouth,poor stool,loose stool(P < 0.01),irritability(P < 0.05);the control group had no obvious improvement on the symptoms of poor stool After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01).Comparison between the two groups: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.01),indicating that the overall clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment;the score of single clinical symptom in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(3)In the comprehensive curative effect comparison,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4%,and that of the control group was 74.2%.Through statistical analysis of the data of the two groups,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the overall curative effect of TCM clinical syndrome.(4)The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 15.63%,and that of the control group was 65.38%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.01).(5)During the treatment,the control group had adverse reactions,the adverse reaction rate was 25.7%;the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)Hewei decoction is effective in treating chronic gastritis of dish armony between liver and stomach.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,such as fullness or pain of epigastric and hypochondriac region,noisy vomiting,belching and hiccup,lack of appetite,chest tightness,irritability,mental fatigue,dry mouth,poor stool or loose stool.(2)Both Hewei decoction group and Western medicine group can effectively treat chronic gastritis,but Hewei decoction is significantly be tter than western medicine group in improving the overall efficacy of TCM clinical syndromes.(3)Hewei decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis in the whole observation process,no adverse reactions,high safety,and its recurrence rate is low,the curative effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical application. |
