Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huoxue Anshen Decoction On CHD Complicated With Insomnia (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: Through clinical study,observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Anshen Decoction for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and provide more choices for clinical medication.Methods: According to the research method of randomized controlled trial,a total of 65 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia and TCM syndrome differentiation as qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were included in this study.The 65 patients were randomly divided into Anshen Decoction group and control group by random number table method,33 patients in anshen Decoction group and 32 patients in control group.Among them,1 patient in anshen Decoction group fell off because he was in another place and could not return visit.In the control group,each patient lost1 case due to loss of follow-up and busy work.Patients in Anshen Decoction group received western medicine standardized basic treatment drugs and Yiqi Huoxue Anshen Decoction;The control group received western standardized basic treatment drugs and estazolam,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Score(PSQI),anxiety and depression score,angina pectoris efficacy and nitroglycerin withdrawal rate of 2 groups were compared before and after treatment,respectively,to evaluate clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of treatment.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: Anshen decoction group after treatment in improving individual syndromes(chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,fatigue,lazy speech,spontaneous sweating,chills,complexion Shao Hua or dark),TCM syndrome total integral,TCM syndrome curative effect,PSQI score(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep medication,daytime function),total PSQI score,sleep to improve curative effect,angina pectoris curative effect,nitric acid Oil consumption,generalized Anxiety Scale(GAD-7)and patient health Questionnaire depression Screening Scale(PHQ-9)were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the differences were statistically significant 2.Safety indicators: There was no obvious discomfort in 2 groups after treatment,AST,ALT,Cr and BUN were within the normal range before and after treatment,and there was no statistical significance between 2 groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Anshen Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia,reduce the PSQI score of patients,reduce the attack frequency of angina pectoris,improve the adverse psychological state of anxiety and depression,and is safe for clinical application.
