| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Plus Qianyang Fengsui Pill combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of de Pression syndrome and to Provide a new treatment direction and idea for its clinical treatment.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of depression state of kidney yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine theory and Western medicine theory,60 subjects who were diagnosed and treated in the Outpatient Department of Encephalopathy Area One of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2019 to December 2021 and whose symptoms were consistent with anxiety and depression state of kidney-yang deficiency were included in the study.60 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Plus Qianyang Fengsui Pill combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets.Both groups were observed for 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)of the two groups before and after 8 weeks of treatment were compared.The overall clinical efficacy and the safety of drugs were observed.Results:(1)A total of 60 Patients were enrolled in this study,of which 57 Patients completed the clinical observation.One case fell off in the treatment group and two cases fell off in the control group.The total shedding rate was 5%.(2)Comparison of clinical efficacy: after 8 weeks of intervention,the clinical efficacy of the control group and the treatment group were 78.57%and 93.10% respectively.There was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency depression was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)TCM Syndrome Scale score: the scores of TCM Syndrome Scale in the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of Medical Syndrome Scale score in the treatment grou P was more significant(P<0.05).(4)HAMA score: the scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The HAMA score of Patients in the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)HAMD score: the scores of treatment group and control group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HAMD score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Total score of PSQI: the total score of PSQI in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease of score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(7)PSQI scores: the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time and sleep efficiency in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the decrease of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).(8)Safety: before and after treatment,the general situation,blood routine,liver function renal function and ECG of the two groups were compared,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Modified Qianyang Fengsui Pill combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets can effectively treat patients with depression of kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Compared with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets alone,it can significantly improve its TCM syndrome and clinical curative effect. |
