Clinical Observation On Acne Of Deficient Yang With Upper Manifestation Treated With Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan And Its Effect On The Levels IL-4、IFN-γ、T And E₂

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ance with modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan in the treatment of deficient yang with upper manifestation,and the effect of this recipe on interleukin-4,interferon-γ,testosterone and estradiol levels.Methods: A total of 96 patients were collected in this study.The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group b y the method of random number table.The treatment group was given modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan,the control group was given Danshentong capsules,both groups were given fusidic acid cream for 6 weeks.The skin lesions scores of acne,TCM syndromes scores and comprehensive integral scores were observed before and after treatment.At the same time,there were 20 healthy people were selected to test IL-4,IFN-γ,T and E2,to compared with the two groups before and after treatment.At last,we could evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results: A total of 96 cases were enrolled,48 cases in each of the two groups,and 6 cases lost in both groups during the course of treatment,remained 90 cases.1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.48%,the control group was 63.64%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 2.17%,the control group was 15.91%,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 13.04%,the control was 44.44%,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the skin lesions and comprehensive integral scores of the two groups were reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.05);but in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the levels of IL-4 were lower than that of before treatment,and IFN-γ was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with normal people,it was also statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the women’s level of E2 in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with normal people,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the women’s level of T in the control group was lower than that before treatment and the treatment group,there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the normal group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acne of deficient yang with upper manifestation.It was better than the control group in reducing skin lesion scores,TCM syndrome scores,and comprehensive integral scores.2.Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan can decrease the level of IL-4 and increase the level of IFN-γ.3.Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan can increase the level of E2 in women.4.Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan has good safety and low recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
