Objective: In this study,we conducted Computerized Cognitive Remediation Therapy(CCRT)intervention for patients with Schizophrenia.The purpose of this study is to explore whether the Mental Time Travel(MTT)ability of schizophrenics can be improved,and further study whether the basic cognitive function and residual psychiatric symptoms can be improved,so as to guide clinical treatment.Methods: Sixty stable inpatients diagnosed with schizophrenia were recruited from the Second People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province and Lindong Hospital of Guiyang from August 2020 to July 2021.The patients were randomly assigned to a training group or a control group.Each group had 30 patients.The control group only received conventional drug therapy,while the training group received CCRT training on the basis of conventional drug therapy for 4 weeks,3 times a week,40 minutes each time.Mental time travel,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),vocabulary fluency and character number span were assessed before and after training.To investigate the difference between schizophrenia training group and control group before and after treatment.Results: 1.Before training,there was no significant difference in the specific ratio of recalling past and imagining future events between the schizophrenia training group and the control group.After CCRT training,the specificity of schizophrenia training group was significantly higher than that of control group.2.The specificity of positive cue words was higher than that of neutral and negative cue words,and the specificity of negative cue words was higher than that of neutral cue words.3.The PANSS scores of schizophrenia training group were significantly different from those before and after training.There was no significant difference in control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between schizophrenic training group and control group in positive scale score reduction(P>0.05).However,the negative symptom scale score reduction training group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);PANSS total score in training group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).4.Intra-group comparison of cognitive function:the scores of character number span and vocabulary fluency in schizophrenia training group after CCRT training were significantly higher than before training(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: the scores of character number span and vocabulary fluency in schizophrenia training group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The other differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion: CCRT can improve the mental time travel ability of patients with schizophrenia at stable stage,which is manifested by the improvement of the concreteness of recall and imagination.It can improve negative symptoms and basic cognitive functions(character and number span,vocabulary fluency). |
