Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction After Laparoscopic Surgery With Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot YanBao

PurposeBy observing the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis after laparoscopic surgery with traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag combined with itopride,the postoperative gastrointestinal recovery of patients was analyzed,and the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery were evaluated.Method142 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy and had gastrointestinal dysfunction after operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 71 cases in each group.Treatment group: Traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with itopride;Control group: itopride The treatment time was 3 days.The overall efficacy indexes of postoperative bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time,postoperative gastrointestinal recovery on day 1,day 2 and day 3 were recorded,statistically analyzed and evaluated.Result1.Comparison of general conditions: the age,operation duration,anesthesia duration,BMI,operation mode,intraoperative urine volume,intraoperative rehydration volume,intraoperative bleeding volume,previous abdominal operation history,previous stool habits,previous basic disease history and indwelling pelvic drainage tube of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect indexes: the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,the time of first exhaust and defecation,and the score of total physical therapy effect scale of gastrointestinal function recovery for three consecutive days after operation between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).3.Comparison of single symptom scores: abdominal pain score on the first day after operation,abdominal pain score on the second day after operation and abdominal pain score,nausea score and vomiting score on the third day after operation(P<0.05).The score of other postoperative symptoms was P> 0.05,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion1.The traditional Chinese medicine Reambao has significant curative effect on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery in shortening postoperative bowel sound recovery time,postoperative first exhaust,defecation time,and improving the overall efficacy index of postoperative gastrointestinal recovery,which is worthy of clinical practice.promotion.2.The traditional Chinese medicine Reambao is an effective method for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery,which is beneficial to improve the postoperative hospitalization comfort of patients.
