Study On The Strategy Of Improving The Emergency Management Ability Of Epidemic Prevention And Control In Grass-roots Communities In Fujian Province

Objective: This study puts forward feasible suggestions on how to promote the upgrading of community governance and ensure the public health,safety and health of urban communities,so as to effectively promote the construction of epidemic prevention and control emergency management system and the improvement of emergency capacity in grass-roots communities.Methods: According to the current situation of grass-roots community emergency management in Fujian Province,this paper expounds the theory with the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and simulation,and puts forward suggestions or measures according to the exposed problems.Using Citespace covid-19 software,the development trend of the public health service system at the grass-roots level at home and abroad is visualized.In order to explore the hot trend of the research in this field,we selected several communities in Fujian Province as the research object,combined with the COVID-19 prevention and control work in the community,analyzed the effectiveness of the relevant policies and means in the prevention and control work of the new crown pneumonia in Fujian grass-roots communities,and gave the short board of the community in coping with the epidemic situation.Analyze the weaknesses,and use crawler software to build SEIR infectious disease model and logistic regression model based on the epidemic data of Xiamen,Putian and Quanzhou,so as to explore the positive role of multiple measures and precise prevention and control in the community.Results: The SEIR model shows that under the community intervention,the peak number of infected persons and latent persons in Xiamen has a significant downward trend,the time for the number of confirmed cases to reach the peak has also been prolonged,and the development speed of the epidemic has slowed down.The constructed logistic regression model shows that taking more accurate prevention and control measures in grass-roots communities can reduce the growth trend of cumulative infection,and can also meet the fitting and prediction results of the model.Conclusion: To improve the emergency management capacity of epidemic prevention and control in grass-roots communities in Fujian Province,we can start from the following strategies:first,improve the emergency management mechanism,which requires the combination of normalized and accurate prevention and control and local epidemic emergency disposal.Second,only by reasonably defining the rights and responsibilities of community governance can we identify the role of the community and give full play to the main responsibility of the community.Third,improve the emergency plan for community epidemic prevention and control,and timely and dynamically optimize and update in order to meet new challenges.Fourth,establish a cross regional material joint protection and supply cooperation mechanism to strengthen the community reserve capacity according to the development of real-time epidemic trend.Fifth,focus on the future medical education system of public health,and cultivate high-quality community emergency talents.Sixth,strengthen the ability of early warning and monitoring,and optimize the informatization operation mechanism of community epidemic prevention and control emergency management.Seventh,improve the health literacy education ability of community residents,and strengthen the mental health services and psychological counseling of community residents.
