| ObjectiveThrough the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(v2.5)and BATMAN-TCM",the medical cases related to dysmenorrhea in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are sorte, summarized and analyzed, and the common drugs and medicationlaws for the treatment of dysmenorrhea in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are obtained,in order to provide relevant theoretical support and reference basis for modern clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea.Data and methodsSearch relevant medical records of Ming and Qing Dynasties through the library of Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine,Fujian Provincial Library,Chinese medical code,Youdao and other platforms, and input them into the system according to the treatment prescriptions of patients included in the medical records that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,so as to build a "data base of medical records of dysmenorrhea in Ming and Qing Dynasties";In the "prescription analysis" section of the "TCM inheritance auxiliary platform",the "frequency statistics","four Qi statistics","five flavor statistics","meridian statistics","prescription law" and "new prescription analysis" are used to analyze the medication law of doctors in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in thetreatment of dysmenorrhea; The online bioinformatics analysis tool BATMAN-TCM wasused to study the network pharmacology of the core prescription,in order to provide anew idea for the modern clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea.Result1.A total of 176 books were found in this study, including 66 books on dysmenorrhea medical records and 163 medical records,of which 21 have re diagnosis records.A total of 201 prescriptions.2.According to the statistical analysis of drug frequency,it can be concluded that 263 kinds of drugs were used in medical cases of dysmenorrhea in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Among them, there are 8 high-frequency drugs with drug frequency>46.54,mainly Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Cyperi, corydalis Corydalis, white peony root,Poria cocos,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Atractylodes macrocephala and Salvia miltiorrhiza. The four Qi are mainly warm, and the five flavors are mainly pungent, bitter and sweet. It mainly belongs to the liver and spleen meridians.3.Through the medication mode of prescription law,we can get the core drugs for the treatment of dysmenorrhea in the medical records of the Ming and Qing Dynasties:Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Cyperi, corydalis Corydalis, white peony root,Poria cocos,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Atractylodes macrocephala.4.22 new prescriptions can be obtained through the analysis of new prescriptions.5.Using batman-tcm online bioinformatics analysis tool to analyze the core drug prescriptions of dysmenorrhea medical records in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there are 36 active components with a number of targets greater than 50,which are closely related to dysmenorrhea.KEGG pathway includes PI3 K Akt signal pathway, oxytocin signal pathway,GABAergic synapse, calcium signal pathway, etc.,and genes closely relatedto analgesia include ADH1 C,adh1a,kcnd2,GAMT,etc.Conclusion1.The drugs used in the medical records of dysmenorrhea in the Ming and Qing Dynasties mainly regulate menstruation and relieve pain, and also regulate qi and relax the middle, soothe the liver and relieve depression, dispel cold and relieve pain, and promote qi and relieve pain.2.Through the network pharmacology of batman-tcm tool,it is found that the core drug prescription for the treatment of dysmenorrhea has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-channel and multi-target.3.From the analysis of new prescriptions,it can be found that these new prescriptions mainly consider the treatment of dysmenorrhea from the aspects of soothing the liver and resolving depression, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, strengthening the spleen and drying dampness, tonifying qi and blood, nourishing the liver and kidney, etc. |
