Objective:Guided by the academic thought of Su Jiafu,a famous traditional Chinese medicine in China, and based on transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD),the effect of circular occipital line needling on the high velocity of vertebral basilar artery in posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(pciv)was observed, and its clinical effect was explored through the evaluation of European vertigo Rating Scale(EEV)and vertigo Rating Scale(DARS).Methods:In this study,60 pciv patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into ring occipital line needling group and conventional acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. They were treated with ring occipital line needling and conventional acupuncture respectively. It is treated once a day from Monday to Friday, and the treatment cycle is two weeks. The above two groups of patients were tested by TCD and evaluated by EEV scale and DARS scale before and after treatment.Results:1.Baseline comparison: 28 cases were included in the ring occipital line needling group and29 cases in the conventional acupuncture group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in general baseline materials including gender, age, course of disease and risk factors(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference in TCD hemodynamic parameters,EEV scale score and DARS scale score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Efficacy results:(1)Vs(peak systolic blood flow velocity)and VM(average blood flow velocity)under high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the central occipital line needling group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01);Vs,VM and PI under high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in TCD in routine acupuncture group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01);There was significant difference in VS and VM under high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in TCD between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)PI(arterial pulsatility index)under high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in TCD group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01);PI under high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in TCD in routine acupuncture group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in PI between the two groups under high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in TCD(P > 0.05).(3)Results of scale score: after the course of treatment, the EEV scale score and DARS scale score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),indicating that the two groups had clinical curative effect. After treatment, there was significant difference between the EEV scale score and DARS scale score(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the group was significantly better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.(4)The total effective rate was 92.86% in the ring occipital line needling group and 82.76% in the conventional acupuncture group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the ring occipital line needling group was significantly better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusions:1 、 "To pass for use" ring occipital line needling method can effectively reduce the peak systolic blood flow velocity and average blood flow velocity of pciv patients with high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery, and the effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.2、 "To pass for use" circular occipital line needling method can effectively improve the vertigo symptoms of pciv patients with high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery, and the effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.3、 "To pass for use" ring occipital line needling method has a significant clinical effect on pciv patients with high velocity of vertebrobasilar artery, and the effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.
