| Purpose of the study:In this study, the patients with circulatory ischemic vertigo were taken as the research object. From an clinical observation stand, the clinical efficacy of " five needles of the pillow" combined with skull base acupuncture in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo was objectively evaluated, and its mechanism was discussed.for the clinical treatment of this disease to put forward a new optimized acupuncture scheme and provide the necessary basis,in order to get better promotion and application.Research methods:70 patients metting the inclusion criteria of the study were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The two groups were carried out on the basis of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture, routine treatment and symptomatic treatment in the department of neurology. The treatment group was treated with " five needles of the pillow " combined with acupoint acupuncture in the skull base group, and the control group was treated with acupuncture at the skull base group alone, once a day, with a rest day after continuous acupuncture for 6 days, and 7 days as a course of treatment.the clinical effects of the two groups were observed after 2 consecutive courses of treatment.Patients in both groups were evaluated with vertigo disorder scale((DHI)),vertigo rating scale((DARS))and vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale before and after treatment.Spss21.0 software was used to analyze the data statistically.Research results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of general baseline materials including gender, age, underlying disease and type of posterior circulation ischemia(P>0.05),which could be compared with each other. Before treatment, there were no statistical differences in the scores of DHI,DARS and clinical syndrome evaluation scale of vertigo in 2 groups(P>0.05),which could be compared with each other.2.Scale scoring results: At the end of the course of treatment, the scores of DHI,DARS and clinical syndrome evaluation scale of vertigo were compared with those before treatment, and the scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),with statistical significance, indicating that both groups had clinical efficacy. At the end of the course of treatment, the difference in DHI score between 2 groups was statistically significant,P=0.001(P<0.05).Comparison of DARS score between 2 groups,P=0.002(P<0.05),was statistically significant;Comparison between the two groups of patients with vertigo clinical syndrome evaluation scale score,P=0.00(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the efficacy of "five needles of the pillow " combined with the skull base acupoint group was better than that of the skull base acupoint group alone. Conclusion:After the treatment of " five needles of the pillow " combined with skull base acupoints, circulating ischemic vertigo can obviously improve the symptoms of vertigo and improve the quality of life of patients, and its overall effect is significantly better than that of simple skull base acupuncture group. This acupuncture treatment scheme provides a more optimized idea and method for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in the future. |
