Clinical Effect Observation Of Du Meridian Moxibustion On Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: TO observe the du meridian moxibustion treatment of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome the clinical curative effect of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,to explore more efficient clinical treatments of DPN.Methods:1.In the light of the random number table way,the 66 selected patients were separated into a observation group and a control group,33 cases in each group.2.the observation group:(1)du meridian moxibustion: tell patients prone on the bed naked back,with mash the clean dry ginger paste,in the center of the du meridian line,position from da zhui to yao shu spine,will be paved with ginger mud about 12 cm wide,about the shape of the 3-4cm thick,and then spread on the ginger mud with moxa,paved with bottom width 5cm,3cm high,top width3-4cm,like trapezoid,the moxa ignites,burnout is 1,each time a total of 3,1times a week;(2)needle:acupoints at both waiguan,Quchi,Yanlinquan,Yinlinquan,Zulinqi,Yishu,Shousanli,three times a week,last 30mins;(3)western medicine treatment:A cobalt amine oral,0.5mg/time,3 times/d,joint according to palmer company hean teprandial oral,50mg/time,3 times/d.3.Control group for acupuncture and conventional western medicine(mecobalamine,epalrestat).Two groups of patients were given basic treatment of diabetes,blood sugar and blood pressure control in the prescribed range.two groups of treatment for two months.4.Compare two groups of curative effects,more patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,TCSS always score and motor nerve conduction velocity change.Results:1.Curative effect: after the observation group total effectiveness 90.91%,control group total effectiveness 75.76%,observation group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.Total scores of TCM syndromes:observation group and control group after treatment before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total score were lower(P<0.05),and the extent of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).3.TCSS score: observation group and control group after treatment before and after treatment of TCSS scores were lower(P<0.05),and the extent of the observation group TCSS score higher than the control group(P<0.05).4.Nerve conduction speed: after treatment,sural MNCV,median MNCV and tibial MNCV increased,both statistically significant(P<0.05);and the improvement of observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both groups could improve the TCM clinical symptoms of DPN patients,and the observation group improved better than the control group.2.Both groups could reduce the patient TCSS score,improve the nerve conduction speed,and improve the neural function,and the observed group improved better than the control group.3.Du meridian moxibustion combined acupuncture together with western medicine treatment treated Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome of DPN can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the TCSS score,improve nerve conduction velocity,curative effect is better than the control group.
