Clinical Effect Of Peach Keruel Fumigating And Washing Prescription On Postoperative Pain And Swelling Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect,mechanism and safety of taoren fumigation and washing prescription in the treatment of postoperative edema and pain caused by mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: this study cases from March 2021 to December 2021 affiliated hospital of fuzhou city of fujian university of TCM anorectal hospital patients,would be consistent with mixed hemorrhoid surgery and swelling into standard flange of 60 patients,adopt the method of randomized into treatment group and control group,two groups all use the same operation method and conventional therapy.The treatment group was treated with peach kernel fumigating formula after toilet sitting bath,and the control group was treated with potassium permanganate(1:5000)after toilet sitting bath fumigating,once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,two courses in total.The changes of edema and pain in the two groups were observed before and on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after postoperative treatment.The observation forms were filled in according to the integral quantitative standard,and the data were sorted out for statistical analysis.Results:1.In terms of marginal edema,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05)in the edema before treatment,and the two groups were comparable.The scores of the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment effect of peach kernel fumigation and washing formula on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment was better than that of potassium permanganate solution.On the 14 th day after treatment,the scores of edema between the two groups were compared,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that peach seed fumigation and potassium permanganate solution could effectively relieve postoperative traumatic edema of mixed hemorrhoids on the 14 th day after treatment.2.In terms of edge pain,the pain situation before treatment was compared between the treatment group and the control group,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.The scores of wound pain in the treatment group and the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment were compared,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that peach kernel fumigation and washing prescription on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment had better relief effect on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids than potassium permanganate solution.Comparison of pain scores between the two groups on the 14 th day after treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that both peach kernel fumigation and potassium permanganate solution could effectively relieve postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.3.Comparing the overall efficacy of the treatment group and the control group on the 7th day after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the overall efficacy of taoren fumigation prescription on the 7th day after treatment was better.Comparing the overall efficacy of the two groups on the 14 th day after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that taoren fumigation-washing formula and potassium permanganate solution can effectively treat the postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids on the 14 th day after treatment.4.No adverse drug reactions were found in the treatment process of peach kernel fumigation and washing prescription,which is relatively safe.Conclusion:1.Peach kernel fumigation can significantly relieve edema and pain of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids,promote the healing of wound edges,and no adverse reactions occurred in the study process,with high safety.2.The mechanism of this prescription may be antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,inhibiting platelet aggregation,improving local perianal microcirculation,invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation,detumescence and analgesia,clearing heat and dampness.
