| Objective:through comparison,to study the clinical efficacy of prevention and treatment of postoperative pain and edema of circular mixed hemorrhoid by combining improved Milligan-Morgan with Chinese herbal decoction for promoting blood circulation flexible fumigation and sitz bath.Method:138 circular mixed hemorrhoid patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2 with 46 patients in each group.All the patients of the three groups received improved Milligan-Morgan.From the postoperative day,the experimental group received Chinese herbal decoction for promoting blood circulation flexible fumigation and sitz bath on the basis of conventional postoperative management;the control group 1 received boric acid powder fumigation and sitz bath twice a day,morning and night,with 7 days as a course of treatment,totally two consecutive courses of treatment;the control group 2 only received conventional postoperative management without sitz bath.Anal edge edema,anal pain and other situations before fumigation and sitz bath on the postoperative day,and on the 3rd,5th,7th,and 14th day of postoperative fumigation and sitz bath of the three groups were observed respectively,the wound healing time was recorded,and the efficacy on postoperative day 21 was evaluated.this paper made a statistic analysis with SPSS26.0 data statistical software and reached a conclusion.Result:There was no significant difference in general information as well as the anal edge edema and anal pain before treatment on the postoperative day of the three groups(P>0.05),and the three sets of data were comparable;after treatment,the anal pain score and the anal edema score on postoperative day 3,5 and 7 of the treatment effect of experimental groups was better than the two control groups(P<0.05);the comparison between the three groups on postoperative day 14 showed P>0.05 with no statistical significance;the average wound healing time of experimental group was 19.108±2.869 days,the control group 1 was 20.478±2.849 days,and the control group 2 was 21.500±3.067 days.the wound healing time of experimental group was shorter than other two groups(P<0.05).The cure rate on postoperative day 21 of experimental group was 89.13%,the control group 1 was 65.21%,,and the control group 2 was 56.52%.the experimental group was better than the two control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of improved Milligan-Morgan with Chinese herbal decoction for promoting blood circulation flexible fumigation and sitz bath has good efficacy on prevention and treatment of postoperative pain and edema of circular mixed hemorrhoid.It can reduce the wound healing time. |
