| Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy and safety of acupoint application combined with Zhitong rushen Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications such as anal pain, anal margin edema and urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids, further enrich the clinical treatment methods, and provide new ideas for the clinical use of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment in the treatment of postoperative complications. Methods: 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the subjects were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with acupoint application combined with routine treatment after operation, while the treatment group was treated with analgesic rushen Decoction on the basis of the control group. The degree of anal pain, the use of additional analgesics and the edema of anal margin on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 14 th days after taking the medicine were observed and recorded,Urination and wound healing, and calculate the total effective rate.result:1.The baseline data of the two groups, such as gender, age, course of disease, grade of hemorrhoids, number of surgical incision and initial VAS pain score before operation, were balanced and comparable(all P > 0.05).2.Compare the postoperative anal pain between the two groups: there was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups on the 1st and 14 th day after operation(all P > 0.05);On the 3rd day after operation, the VAS score of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01);On the5 th and 7th day after operation, the pain VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P <0.05).3.Compare the postoperative anal edema between the two groups: on the 1st and14 th days after operation, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(all P > 0.05);On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation, the score of anal edema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(all P < 0.05).4.Compare the micturition of the two groups 24 hours after operation: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05).5.Compare the use of postoperative additional analgesics between the two groups: there was no significant difference in the number of times and dose of additional analgesics between the treatment group and the control group(all P > 0.05).6.Compare the wound healing of the two groups: on the 14 th day after operation, the average healing rate of the treatment group(95.2 ± 3.6)was higher than that of the control group(88.7 ± 6.3),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Compare the overall curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly better than 66.6% of the control group(P <0.05).8.Safety evaluation: 60 patients had no abnormalities in blood routine, liver and renal function before and after treatment, and no adverse reactions such as allergy. Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with Zhitong rushen decoction is effective in relieving postoperative anal pain in patients with damp heat injection mixed hemorrhoids, especially on the third day after operation;Acupoint application combined with oral administration of Zhitong rushen decoction can also effectively reduce the symptoms of postoperative anal edema and promote wound healing, with high safety;TCM external treatment combined with internal treatment in the treatment of postoperative pain and other complications of mixed hemorrhoids fully reflects the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and is suitable for clinical application. |
