The Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Zhitong Rushen Decoction On Pain In Mixed Hemorrhoids(Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Pouring Downward)

Objective: This study observes the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Zhitong Rushen Decoction(JWZTRST)in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids(syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward),provides safe and effective treatment methods for this disease,and further enriches clinical treatment methods.Methods: The randomized controlled method was used to randomly divide 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria into a control group and a treatment group,with 36 patients in each group,The control group was given basic treatment.The treatment group was given basic treatment and JWZTRST was given orally.According to the NRS score method,the pain scores and edema at 6 hours,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours,and 7 days after operation were observed,and the length of hospital stay was recorded.Results:1.Modified analgesic pain such as JWZTRST can significantly improve the postoperative pain of the patients.The pain scores at 24,48,72 hours and 7 days after surgery in the two groups were statistically significant compared with the control group(P <0.05).2.In terms of improving postoperative edema,the postoperative edema in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3.The length of stay in the two groups was compared.The length of stay in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of JWZTRST on the pain after mixed hemorrhoids of syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward is significantly improved,and the pain scores are significantly improved at 24 hours,48 hours,72 hours,and 7 days after surgery,At the same time,it can improve edema,clinical symptoms and reduction of length of hospital stay;it can be found that JWZTRST is safe and effective,and there are no toxic side effects and adverse events during the experiment.It is an effective method for treating pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery of syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward;Reflect the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,simple method,suitable for clinical application promotion.
