Objective : To investigate the effect of ERAS strategy on early rehabilitation of patients after selective supratentorial brain tumor resection. Methods : 60 patients undergoing selective supratentorial tumor resection in Department of Neurosurgery,Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were randomly divided into ERAS group and control group, with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the ERAS group(group E)received perioperative preparation and anesthesia management under the concept of ERAS,while patients in the control group(group C)received routine perioperative preparation and anesthesia management. The general situation of patients was recorded, and the preoperative APAIS score was recorded. The VAS scores of pain from 1 to 3 days after operation, the incidence of PONV and the Qo R-15 score on the 7th day were recorded in the two groups, and the postoperative hospital stay was compared between the two groups. Results : The preoperative APAIS score of group E was lower than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant. The VAS score of group E was lower than that of group C on the first day and the second day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the third day.The incidence of PONV in group E was lower than that in group C,and the Qor-15 score in group E was lower than that in group C at 7 days after operation, the difference was statistically significant. And only on the first day after operation, the CRP level in group E was lower than that in group C.The length of hospital stay in group E was significantly less than that in group C.Conclusion : Compared with conventional perioperative and anesthesia management methods, perioperative management methods based on the concept of ERAS can shorten hospitalization time, reduce postoperative pain, relieve anxiety,,and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
