Effect Of Flumazenil On Recovery Quality Of Patients After Painless Abortion

Objective:To study the effect of flumazenil on recovery quality and cognitive function in outpatients undergoing abortion under propofol total intravenous anesthesia.Methods:93 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from May 2020 to June2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(Group S)and control group(Group C)(40 cases in group S and53 cases in group C).The two groups adopted the same anesthesia induction and maintenance mode,and the relevant life indicators were monitored during the operation.After operation,flumazenil injection 3mg was slowly injected intravenously in group S and equal volume normal saline was slowly injected intravenously in group C.The patient’s eye opening time,the correct time to complete the instruction,the correct time to answer the name,age,and the time and state of getting out of bed were recorded.The score of cognitive function and the time of leaving PACU were recorded.The difference of awakening quality between the two groups was analyzed.Results:The comparison of eye opening time between the two groups was p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the time of action completion,the time of answering questions correctly,the time of getting out of bed and the time of leaving the room(p > 0.05);Compared with the control group,the number of people in the experimental group was less(p<0.05);When entering PACU,the cognitive function(PQRS score)of the group S was significantly better than that of the group C(p<0.05);When entering PACU,the ability of daily living(standing,dressing)of the experimental group was better than that of the group C(p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant).When entering PACU for 5 minutes,the ability of daily living(walking)of the group S was significantly better than that of the group C(p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant).When entering PACU for 10 minutes,the ability of daily living(standing,dressing,walking,eating)of the two groups was the same,p> 0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of flumazenil can effectively speed up the recovery of outpatients undergoing abortion,improve the quality of recovery,and enable patients to recover their basic daily life self-care ability as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
