Research On Remote Service Combining Medical Care From Collaborative Perspective

At present,China’s aging degree is deepening,the trend of aging is becoming more and more obvious,the elderly population structure has changed,the elderly put forward higher requirements for medical care services.However,the traditional mode of combining medical care with nursing care is not enough to cope with the current aging trend in China.In order to meet the medical and nursing needs of the elderly,the National Health Commission in2020 formally proposed the development of remote collaborative services combining medical and nursing services,and explored innovative new models combining medical and nursing services.With the help of big data and cloud computing technology,and relying on the Internet platform,the service integrates online and offline medical care service modes,realizing trans-regional and contact-free sharing of medical care resources,and becoming a breakthrough to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of medical care in China.On the basis of reviewing the current situation of population aging in Beijing,combing relevant literatures and telemedicine policies at home and abroad,this paper takes Beijing Y Care Center,one of the first pilot institutions of remote service combining medical care and nursing in China,as the research object,and deeply discusses the development status of remote service system combining medical care and nursing.The study found that the practice of remote service combining medical care and elderly care has achieved initial results,and the online integration of medical care and elderly care services has an obvious development trend,and covers a certain elderly group.However,as the remote collaborative service involves multiple subjects and the content is complex,the promotion of related services still faces certain problems.First,the elderly have a low degree of acceptance,recognition and trust in remote services;Secondly,the remote service funds of pension institutions are limited,two-way referral channels are not smooth and other problems are still more prominent;Third,the government lacks unified standards for drug supply system,information connectivity platform,and remote service items are not included in the scope of medical insurance reimbursement.Aiming at the above problems,combining with the coordination theory,from the government,pension institutions,such as society,the elderly themselves multi-agent collaborative Angle put forward the improvement of the targeted strategy,by perfecting the top-level design,increase financial support,to create excellent remote the teachers team,stimulate the potential demand in the elderly and promote offline combined with remote medical raise service mode of the cohesion and the depth of integration development.
