Application Research Of Medical Students’ Psychological Stress Evaluation In The New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Situation Based On Data Mining Technology

Objectives:Since the end of 2019,the new crown pneumonia epidemic has been raging at home and abroad.Medical workers are the main force in the fight against the epidemic and escort people’s life,health and safety.Due to the clear employment direction of medical students,the psychological stress situation under the epidemic is worthy of attention.Data mining techniques are an emerging research method in the field of psychology.This paper attempts to use data mining technology to explore the psychological stress of medical students under the epidemic situation,analyze the relationship between the various dimensions affecting psychological stress,and provide a theoretical reference for mental health intervention.Methods:In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted on medical students in a medical college under the epidemic situation using the sudden public health event scale and the psychological stress scale of Chinese college students,and 935 questionnaires were recovered.And select the correlation rules in the data mining technology,the Apriori algorithm and the decision tree ID3 algorithm to mine the recovered data in the RStudio software.Results:The results of the correlation rule analysis show that under the epidemic,medical students have the most fear emotions.When suspected illness and depression appear at the same time,there is a high probability of neurasthenia in medical students.When neurasthenia and suspected disease appear at the same time,medical students are often more likely to feel fear.Girls are more likely to feel fear than boys.Medical students in townships and rural areas are more likely to feel fear than urban students.Under the epidemic,medical students have felt the most stress in the family field.When medical students feel stressed in the social sphere,they are more likely to affect the psychological state of the family sphere.When psychological stress is felt at home and academically,the life dimension is more susceptible to impact.Among the five activity domain dimensions of the psychological stress scale,learning has the greatest impact on stress.Among medical students,boys are more likely to feel psychological stress and more likely to feel stressed in the developmental,social and life spheres.Urban students and rural female medical students are more likely to feel psychological stress.Urban students and girls are prone to stress in the family sphere.Rural students are prone to stress in the developmental and social spheres.The analysis of decision trees showed that the family,learning and social dimensions had the greatest impact on psychological stress.From the order of decision-making,the family is the most important.When medical students feel well in the family sphere,they are not prone to psychological stress.From an emotional point of view,obsessive-compulsive anxiety,depression and suspected disease have the greatest impact on psychological stress.When a medical student is in a state of obsessive-compulsive anxiety,the psychological stress condition can be decided to be abnormal.Conclusions:Data mining technology can be effectively applied to the field of psychological stress assessment of medical students under the epidemic.Through the correlation rules,the relationship between the various factors affecting psychological stress can be derived.The decision tree algorithm can determine which type of medical student is more susceptible to psychological stress.The results of data mining technology on psychological stress can provide decision-making support for mental health interventions.
