Study On The Use Of Tampons And Women’s Health Promotion Strategies For Female College Students

In recent years,with the gradual awakening of women’s health awareness,women’s attention and attention to their own physical and mental health have continued to strengthen.However,the health problems caused by the improper use of physiological products still threaten women’s health,and it is urgent to protect women’s health.Therefore,understanding the current situation,cognition and concerns of female college students in the use of tampons,exploring the influencing factors of the use of female tampons,and providing reasonable and positive guidance strategies for the promotion of women’s health has high practical significance for the academic research of women’s health.This research takes the tampon users of a medical college in Shanxi as the research object,explores the current situation,cognition and concerns of contemporary female college students about the use of tampons,and provides guarantee and practical experience for the promotion of women’s physical health.In the school of a medical college in Shanxi,the research team adopted the methods of "quota sampling" and "snowball sampling",conducted one-on-one interviews with 60 female students who had used tampons,obtained the interview data by using the methods of observation and in-depth interview,understood the use of female tampons from the personal experience of the respondents,and summarized the notes recorded in the process of in-depth interview.On this basis,a field survey of tampons was carried out in a medical college in Shanxi.The person in charge of the college and department was contacted online to send the online questionnaire link to the QQ of the class group.The online questionnaire was put into the school post bar and microblog.Offline,paper questionnaires were randomly distributed in the canteen and women’s dormitory.A total of 679 questionnaires were distributed,670 questionnaires were effectively recovered,and the effective questionnaire report was further coded and entered into the data analysis software spss22 0.Use the reliability and validity test to verify the effectiveness and credibility of the female physiological supplies questionnaire,and analyze the current situation,cognition and concerns of female students’ physiological supplies through cross analysis and linear regression analysis.Through the construction of the main body of tampon users,combined with women’s physiological health knowledge,the researchers analyzed the use attitude of physiological products and the scientific popularization of physiological products.Under the condition of mastering the reproductive health status of female students in Colleges and universities,they cooperated with the school to actively carry out female health care.Professional medical experts provided health guidance for the prevention and treatment of common female diseases and reproductive health care,Improve the awareness of physical health management,reproductive health management and health care of female college students,cultivate college women to have good physical health,physical health and mental health habits,and promote the standardization of female health education in China.The whole article is divided into six parts:Part I: In the research topic,the promotion effect of women’s use of tampons on women’s health is interpreted from the theoretical and practical significance,combined with the conceptual research on women’s health and tampons at home and abroad,taking college female students as the main body,selecting qualitative research as the research strategy,combined with in-depth methods and questionnaire survey,to analyze the promotion effect of women’s use of tampons on women’s health.Part II: Based on the interview outline,we completed in-depth interviews with 60 female students who have used tampons in a medical college in Shanxi.By listening to their cognition and adaptation experience of tampons,we can understand the attitude of female students towards tampons from their experience and sense of identity,and explore the role of tampons in promoting women’s health.Part III: on the basis of in-depth interviews,a questionnaire was added to carry out a field survey on the use of tampons in a medical college in Shaanxi,so as to obtain more female students’ use,cognition and attitude towards tampons.Part IV: combined with the text analysis of interview materials and the data analysis of questionnaire,this paper explores the influencing factors of women’s use of tampons from four aspects: subject,family,school and education.Part V: from the perspective of tampon bystanders,reveal the reasons why the tampon users are constructed with stigma identity,reflect on the social problems such as the differences between Chinese and Western sexual culture,the differences between men and women’s thinking concepts,and the lack of women’s health education,so as to study the role of tampon use behavior in promoting women’s health.Part VI: starting from the experience of tampon users,combined with the theory,refine the research ideas,complete the construction of women’s health promotion framework,complete the summary and induction of the causes affecting women’s use of tampon,and give women’s health promotion countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusion.
