Measuring blood pressure is one of the important tests in daily physical examination or screening,usually the blood pressure of an upper arm is measured,and the measurement of human blood pressure after reading is random.In fact,there are differences in blood pressure between arms in the human body,and the difference in blood pressure between arms(IDA)in some people is large,and the current international blood pressure measurement guidelines recommend measuring blood pressure in both arms,generally using a sphygmomanometer to check one arm first,and then measure the other arm,which is basically not done due to time constraints.At the same time,there is an artificial error caused by irregular operation in the measurement process,which is one of the important factors affecting the accuracy of blood pressure measurement in the clinic.Based on some of the problems in blood pressure measurement described above,it is necessary to use effective methods to standardize blood pressure measurement and achieve accurate and effective data management.According to the human error affecting blood pressure measurement,this paper comprehensively applies face recognition technology and image processing technology to design an intelligent system that assists in the standardized measurement of blood pressure,and realizes the synchronous and standardized measurement of blood pressure in both arms.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of the validity of user identity information,Ada Boost is applied to realize the real-time face verification function of the second-generation ID card in combination with the cosine similarity algorithm,and the automatic reading of identity information is completed based on the CRNN identity information recognition algorithm.(2)In view of the requirements that various sphygmomanometers can adapt to this intelligent system,this paper uses a sphygmomanometer reading recognition scheme of the threading method.The combination of embedded technology and image processing technology realizes the strict automated dual-arm blood pressure synchronization measurement controlled by computer,and the automatic reading and recording of data,which is convenient for data efficiency management.(3)In view of the problem of blood pressure deviation caused by human error,this paper combines the specific process of voice broadcast specification blood pressure measurement in combination with the "Chinese Blood Pressure Measurement Guidelines",conducts comparative research on people with hypertensive diseases and healthy people,uses statistical analysis of relevant differences to verify the necessity of measuring blood pressure in both arms,and recommends the selection of a certain upper arm as the measurement reference standard for assessing hypertension.According to the above work content,this paper establishes an intelligent system that assists the standardized measurement of blood pressure,and the preliminary experimental results prove that the synchronous measurement of the blood pressure specification of the two arms can effectively reduce the human error and realize the standardized measurement operation of the blood pressure of the two arms.
