Data Mining-based Study On The Medication Pattern Of Professor Zhangfuli For The Treatment Of Gout

Objective:In this paper,by collecting the cases of Professor zhangfuli ’s treatment of gout patients,arranging their data,applying modern data mining technology to mine and analyze them,summarizing his medication experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of gout,and providing theoretical support and ideas for the future treatment of gout with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The cases came from the outpatient clinic of Professor zhangfuli,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From September 2019 to December 2021,there were 145 patients diagnosed with gout.Record the patient’s name,age,gender,pulse diagnosis,tongue diagnosis,main symptoms and first diagnosis prescription,etc.,and enter them into the Excel template provided by the software,and upload the data to the software platform Then run the software to conduct gender analysis and age analysis,pulse and tongue diagnosis analysis,traditional Chinese medicine efficacy,meridian and five flavors and four qi analysis,traditional Chinese medicine frequency analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis.class analysis,etc.Results:1.Among the 145 patients,143 are male.they account for 98.62% of all medical cases;Only 2 are female,theny account for 1.38%.In the affected population,female patients are significantly less than male patients,and the prevalence varies greatly,with the prevalence of males being approximately71.5 times that of females.2.Age statistics shows that the smallest age is 17 years old and the greatest age is 84 years old.Among them,2 people(1.38%)are younger than20 years old,28 people(19.31%)between 20 and 29 years old,and 30 people between 30 and 39 years old.people(20.69%),35 people(24.14%)between40 and 49 years old,42 people(28.97%)between 50 and 59 years old3.Tongue image analysis showed that the tongue coating was mainly yellow and greasy for 75 times,and the tongue quality was mainly red for 44 times.The tongue image was mainly these two types.The Shen pulse 17 times and the Xian Hua pulse 18 times are the main pulse conditions.4.The analysis of the four qi shows that the traditional Chinese medicines are warm medicine,hot meidicine,cold medicine and cool medicine,with 1035 applications of mesothermal herbs,996 applications of cold herbs,and 549 applications of flat herbs.1399 times,sweet herbs were applied 1268 times,pungent herbs were applied 1141 times,and these three types of herbs were mainly used.The analysis of meridian returning showed that the spleen meridian were appeared 1545 times,the lung meridian were appeared 1249 times,and the liver meridian were ppeared 1208 times,the three kinds are the major medicnes;after the frequency analysis of the drugs,it is found that there are 33 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines whose application frequency is higher than 20 times;the efficacy frequency analysis shows that729 times of application of tonic medicine,534 times of application of detoxification medicine 500 times of qi-regulating medicines,252 times of anti-rheumatic medicines,200 times of diuretics and dampness-relieving medicines,and the above five medicinal properties are used the most.5.In the association rule analysis,the degree of support were set up 130,and the degree of confidence were set up 0.99,and the obtained core prescription drugs consist of ginger,raw licorice,Poria,Ophiopogon japonicus,and mulberry.6.In the analysis of the rule of formula composition,through appling the k-means algorithm nanaly-sis,the "number of clusters" were set up 4,and 4core drug combinations were counted,namely Radix Panax notoginseng,Semen maidenhair,Radix et Rhizoma gastrodiae,Radix paeoniae alba,Radix glycyrrhizae,Radix codonopsis pilosulae,Datura spp.Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Glycyrrhiza glabra,Radix et Rhizoma hallucinogenes,Pericarpium chenopodium,Radix et Rhizoma gastrodiae,Rhizoma tulipiferae,Radix et Rhizoma gastrodiae;Glycyrrhiza glabra,Semen,Poria,Atractylodes,Mudanpi,Cyperus,Datura,Dioscorea,Sangon;Glycyrrhiza glabra,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Bamboo,Radix Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Dioscorea,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Puerariae,Radix et Rhizoma Dioscorea,Rhizoma Sangchuang,Radix Datura.Conclusion:1.The warm medicines,cold medicines and flat medicines are used commonly by Professor zhangfuli for the treatment of gout;2.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine flavors arethe bitter medicines,sweet medicines and pungent medicines are used commonly by tutor;3.The medicines for regulating spleen meridian,the medicines for regulating lung meridian and the medicines for regulating liver meridian are used commomly by tutor;4.The tonic medicines,anti-external medicines,qi-regulating medicines,rheumatism-removing medicines,and diuresis-dampening medicine are most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine efficacy kind;5.In the treatment of gout,Prof.zhangfuli uses activating blood,cooling blood and nourishing yin,clearing dampness and heat,tonifying collaterals and regulating the four-dimensional qi and the medium coke machine to restore the ascending and descending of various meridians.
