Clinical Observation Of Huimin Mixturethe In Treatming Proteinuria Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Nephritis With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin And Damp-heat

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety issues of Wang Shi’s Experience Fang Huimin Mixture in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria with deficiency of both qi and yin and damp-heat accumulation,in order to seek a more effective treatment plan for chronic nephritis.Methods: According to the requirements of the trial protocol,60 cases were selected from patients with chronic nephritis in the Outpatient Department of Nephrology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.These 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and30 cases in the treatment group according to the order of treatment.On the basis of the same general treatment,the control group was treated with Shenyankangfu tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Huimin mixture.The observation time was 12 weeks.Observe the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,24-hour urine protein quantification and TCM syndrome scores and other efficacy indicators,as well as the changes in safety indicators such as aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,total cholesterol,triglycerides,and related statistics.Learn analysis.Results:In terms of improving clinical symptoms,the total effective rates of the control group and treatment group were 65.52% and 85.19%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the efficacy of improving clinical symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of reducing proteinuria,there were significant differences in the qualitative and24-hour urine protein quantification of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05);the total effective rate of urine protein curative effect in the control group and the treatment group were 62.07% and 88.89%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect of proteinuria(P<0.05).In terms of safety,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group were 0% and 7.4%,respectively,and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the patients.Conclusion: Huimin Mixture treats chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria with deficiency of both qi and yin and damp-heat,which can effectively reduce the 24-hour urine protein quantification and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The effect is better than that of nephritis rehabilitation tablets.It can also reduce blood lipids.The function has no obvious effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,indicating that the clinical application is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of promotion.
