Survival Analysis And Network Pharmacology Study Of Enema Prescription In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease

Objective:To observe the improvement and safety of clinical symptoms of PD patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis by using the combined therapy with acupuncture at auricular point and oral subphrenic Zhuyu Decoction,and to provide more effective treatment plan for patients.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,this study collected 76 PD sufferer with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and randomly divides the patients into treatment group and control group,that every group includes 38 patients.The sufferer in treatment group was treated with acupuncture of ear acupuncture combined with taking subphrenic Zhuyu soup,while the sufferer in control group was treated with subphrenic Zhuyu Decoction only.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Outcome:1.Comparison of the two groups’ total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores:the treatment group’s total effective rate was 94.59%;the control group’s total effective rate was 83.78%;the rank test yielded P<0.05,indicating that it is statistically significant to the total effectiveness difference between the two group.And the treatment group’s total effective rate of PD was higher than the control group.2.Comparison of the two groups’ VAS scores:VAS scores between the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05)before treatment.VAS scores between the two groups were compared after treatment,P<0.001,indicating a statistical difference.Both groups were compared within the group before and after treatment respectively,P<0.001,indicating that it is statistically significant.in both groups,the VAS scores were reduced,and the treatment group’s therapeutic effect of PD pain relief was better than the control group.3.Comparison of the two groups’dysmenorrhea symptom scores:comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom scores between the two groups showed P>0.05 before treatment,with no statistical difference.The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms after treatment between the two groups were compared,P<0.001,indicating that it is statistically significant.Intragroup comparison between the two groups before and after treatment shows that P<0.001,which means there was a statistical difference.The dysmenorrhea symptoms scores in both groups were decreased,and the treatment group’s dysmenorrhea symptom relief was better than the control group.4.Comparison of the two groups’ COX Dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale(CMSS)scores:Total CMSS duration score:the comparison of duration score before treatment between the two groups shows P>0.05,which means no statistical difference.The comparison of duration score after treatment between the two groups shows P<0.001,which means there was a statistical difference.Intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment shows that P<0.001,which means there was a statistical difference.Both groups can reduce the duration of PD attack,and the treatment group’ effect on reducing the duration of PD attack was better than the control group.CMSS total severity score:the comparison of severity score before treatment between the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).The severity score after treatment between the two groups showed a statistical difference(P<0.001).Intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment shows that showed a statistical difference(P<0.001).Both groups can reduce the severity of PD symptoms,and the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the severity of PD symptoms.Conclusion:1.The treatment of PD with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type by acupuncture of ear acupuncture combined with oral subdiaphragm Zhuyu Decoction has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the relevant clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms,and the effect is better than that of oral subdiaphragm Zhuyu Decoction alone.2.Screw acupuncture of ear acupuncture can have synergistic effect with oral decoction,enhance the curative effect,have no adverse reaction,and have high safety.
