| Objective:Through observing the effect of acupuncture at the original point on the right side of hand Taiyin lung Meridian on the temperature of left and right Taiyuan point area of sub-health youth and the improvement of Yang deficiency sub-health state,this study discusses the relationship between acupuncture and skin temperature of Yang deficiency sub-health youth,and the effect of acupuncture at the original point of hand Taiyin lung Meridian on the temperature of left and right Taiyuan point area of this meridian,so as to further provide basis for clinical use of single point to improve Yang deficiency sub-health.Methods:Sixty sub healthy young adults with Yang deficiency were included and randomly divided into two groups:30 patients each in the experimental group and the control group,with a mean age of 24.11±1.68 years.Two sets of experiments were performed in a room with constant temperature and humidity.The experimental group was punctured at the right Taiyuan point without manual manipulation and the needle was left for 30 min;In the control group,Sham acupuncture were made at nontransformed non acupoints 1.3 cm apart from the ulnar side of the Taiyuan point in the right forearm,0.5 cm in diameter.Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days.The temperature changes of left Taiyuan point at 10 min,20 min,and 30 min in the resting state on the first day of the experiment were observed.On the 14th day,the two sides of the Taiyuan point were respectively subjected to a full course of temperature changes at the resting state,leave the needle,and at the 10th,20th,and 30th minutes after the needle was removed,and the infrared thermal camera was used for thermometry and the detailed data were recorded.And the Chinese medicine physical classification and determination,sub health rating scale(TCM),was filled by the subjects before and after the experiment.The obtained data were entered and analyzed by spss28.0,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Acupuncture at the right-hand Taiyuan acupoint zone has an improving effect on the TCM physical classification and determination score of sub healthy youth with Yang deficiency,and the symptoms of Yang deficiency such as chills and cold limbs have been significantly alleviated in the subjects.In the experimental group,the score significantly improved after acupuncture treatment,and the improvement was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Acupuncture at the right-hand Taiyuan acupoint has an obvious effect on the improvement of the scores on the sub health rating scale of young people with Yang deficiency,and the sub health of the subjects has an obvious improvement.Experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).3.The improvement of the skin temperature at rest in the experimental group between the first treatment and the last treatment is better than that of the control group,taking the left-hand Taiyuan hole zone as an example,the experimental group after the treatment shows a significant difference between the skin temperature at rest and that before the experiment,and the skin temperature has a significant increase.And was also significantly different(P<0.05)from the temperature before the experiment in the experimental group itself.4.When the two groups of subjects were last treated,the skin temperature in the bilateral Taiyuan points zones in the experimental group showed an upward trend in the retention and exit needle stages(compared with the baseline at rest for 30 min),with obvious statistical significance.While the control group showed no obvious change trend before and after acupuncture.Conclusions:1.Acupuncture at the acupoints of Taiyin lung meridian shows a beneficial effect on body constitution bias in sub healthy youth with Yang deficiency.2.Acupuncture at the Taiyuan points can improve the discomfort symptoms of sub healthy youth with Yang deficiency.3.Acupuncture at the right-hand Taiyuan acupoint of the lung meridian affects the temperature at both the ipsilateral and contralateral Taiyuan acupoint zones,and is associated with the improvement of Yang deficiency physical quality and sub health status,which provides a clinical single point prescription for the prevention and treatment of Yang deficiency sub health states. |
