| Objective:Different acupuncture techniques were used to intervene on the left Shenmen acupoint to observe the changes in skin temperature at the bilateral Shenmen,Lingdao and Shaohai acupoints of the Hand Shaoyin Heart meridian at different time points,to discuss the effects of the uniform reinforcing-reducing method to intervene the original acupoints of the Hand Shaoyin Heart meridian on the temperature of the bilateral transfusion points, meridian points and combined acupoints on the same name meridian, and to explore the holistic and meridian circulation of the acupuncture effect,so as to provide an objective basis for the clinical application of the uniform reinforcing-reducing method, the Giant Acupuncture method and the meridian circulation sensory theory of Chinese medicine. Methods:In this study,60 young people with sub-healthy status were divided into the general acupuncture group and the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group according to a randomized numerical table, with 30 participants in each group. In the general acupuncture group,no intervention was applied after acupuncture had obtained Qi from the left side of the Shenmen acupoint;in the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group, after acupuncture had obtained Qi from the left side of the Shenmen acupoint, the force was uniform and calm, and the manipulation was carried out by lifting and twisting at the same time for 2min.The ambient temperature of the test chamber should be controlled at(26±1)°C and the humidity at(30±10%).After fully exposing the temperature measuring parts of both upper limbs in the laboratory for 40 minutes, the left Shenmen acupoint of all subjects is positioned and then a straight stab is taken into the acupuncture point, and the intervention is performed according to different techniques once Qi is obtained.Infrared thermography was used to observe the distribution of acupuncture point temperatures at different time points(before needling, needling immediate, needling 2min,needling 10 min,needling20min,needling 30 min, needling out immediate, needling out 10 min, needling out 20 min, needling out 30min)in the Hand Shao Yin Heart Meridian at the bilateral Shenmen,Lingdao and Shaohai acupoints. The test data were statistically processed and analyzed by applying independent samples t-test,repeated measures ANOVA and paired samples t-test by SPSS25.0 software respectively, and statistical differences were considered to exist at P<0.05.Results:1.Effect of acupuncture at the left Shenmen point on the temperature of each acupoint in the general acupuncture group:(1)The acupoint temperature of bilateral Shenmen acupoints was significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)compared with that before acupuncture in the immediate needling, needling 2min,needling 20 min, needling 30 min, needling out 10 min, needling out 20 min and needling out30 min.(2)In addition to needling for 10 min,the acupoint temperature at the left Lingdao point was significantly higher(P<0.05)at all time points from immediate needling to needling out 30 min compared to before acupuncture;the acupoint temperature at the right Lingdao point was significantly higher(P<0.05)at all time points from immediate needling, needling 2min,and needling 30 min to needling out 30 min compared to before acupuncture.(3)The temperature of the acupuncture points was significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)at the bilateral Shaohai acupuncture points at each time point from immediate needling, needling 2min,and needling 20 min to needling out 30 min compared to before acupuncture.2.The effect of acupuncture on the left Shenmen point on the temperature of each acupoint in the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group:(1)The acupoint temperature at the left Shenmen acupoint was significantly higher(P<0.05)at the moment of immediate needling compared with that before acupuncture, and the temperature at other time points was highly significantly higher(P<0.01)compared with that before acupuncture;the acupoint temperature at the right Shenmen acupoint was significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)compared with that before acupuncture at each time point from immediate needling, needling 10 min to needling out 30 min compared with that before acupuncture.(2)The temperature of the bilateral Lingdao and Shaohai acupoints was significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)compared to the pre-acupuncture points at each time point from immediate needling, needling 10 min to needling out 30 min.(3)Compared with needling out 10 min,the temperature of bilateral Shenmen,Lingdao and Shaohai acupoints increased significantly at needling out 20 min and needling out 30min(P<0.05).3.Comparison of acupoint temperatures between the two groups:(1)The difference in temperature increase from needling 2min to needling out 30 min in the left Shenmen acupuncture point of the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group compared with the general acupuncture group was significant(P<0.05);the difference in temperature increase from needling 20 min to needling out 30 min in the right Shenmen acupuncture point of the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group compared with the general acupuncture group was significant(P<0.05).(2)The difference in temperature rise from needling 20 min to needling out 30 min was significant(P<0.05)in the bilateral Lingdao acupuncture points in the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group compared with the general acupuncture group.(3)The difference in temperature rise between the bilateral Shaohai points in the uniform reinforcing-reducing acupuncture group compared with the general acupuncture group at needling 20 min, needling 30 min, needling out 10 min, needling out 20 min and needling out 30 min was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture at the original point of the Heart meridian of Hand Shaoyin can increase the temperature of the transfusion points, meridian points and combined acupoints of the bilateral heart meridian of young people in sub-health state at different time points, suggesting that acupuncture has "meridians" and "integrity".2.Acupuncture at the original point of Hand Shaoyin Heart meridian causes the temperature changes of Shenmen point,Lingdao point and Shaohai point on the opposite side of young people in sub-health state, providing a basis for the clinical application of the "giant acupuncture method".3.Both the uniform reinforcing-reducing method and the general acupuncture method affect the acupoint temperature of acupuncture side and non acupuncture side of young people in sub-health state, but the uniform reinforcing-reducing method makes the warming effect more significant at different time points.4.After the needle is removed, the temperature of acupoints increased continuously by the uniform reinforcing-reducing method and the general acupuncture method, but the warming effect of the uniform reinforcing-reducing method lasts longer. |
