The Effect Of Da Ming Yin Formula On β2-MG Of Non-Proliferative Dr Qi Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Blocking Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effects of the Darning Yin formula on the beta 2-microglobulin(β2-M G)of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy with deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasis,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:Select into standard 60 patients(101 eyes)of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis resistance winding)patients,and randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 30 cases(50 eyes)and control group 30 cases(51 eyes).Treatment group was treated with Darning Yin formula,the control group using hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsule treatment,The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.Compare the changes of the blood of the β2-MG,visual acuity and FFA vessels and TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment,then stati stical analysis was performed.Results:1.The β2-M G,visual acuity,FF A and fundus signs of treatment group and control group were significantly different from those before treatment;The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.For TCM syndrome score,compared with before treatment,the treatment group was significantly improve Compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was stati stically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group of TCM syndromes effective rate was 83.3%(24/3 0),the control group was 13.3%(4/3 0),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate was 80%in treatment group,control group was5 4.9%,difference was stati stically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Darning Yin formula has a regulatory role in β2-MG of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy with deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasis;β2MG is a risk factor for diabetic retinopathy,it has an early warning effect on the occurrence and prognosis of diabetes retinopathy.The mechanism of Darning Yin formula may improve the vascular endothelial state and renal tubular function.
