Clinical Observation On Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated By Pricking Blood Therapy Combined With Medicine Pot

Obj ective:To observe the curative effect of pricking blood therapy combined with medicine pot on the damp-heat accumulation type of acute gout arthritis,and evaluate its safety,providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of acute gout arthritis.Methods:66 cases of acute gouty arthritis with dampness and heat accumulation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group.On the premise of basic treatment,the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with cupping therapy,and the treatment group was treated with blood pricking combined with cupping therapy,once a day,for consecutive 5 days.To observe the changes of pain score,symptom and sign score,blood uric acid(SUA),C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)recorded by visual analog scale(VAS),and to compare the efficacy difference of pricking blood therapy combined with cupping and acupuncture combined with cupping in the treatment of acute gout arthritis with moisture and heat accumulation.Then all the data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:1.Both bloodletting therapy combined with cupping and acupuncture combined with cupping can improve j oint swelling and pain,reduce symptom and sign score,SUA,CRP and ESR index levels.2.In improving joint swelling and pain,reducing symptom and sign score,SUA,CRP and ESR index levels,bloodletting therapy combined with cupping was significantly better than acupuncture combined with cupping.3.Clinical efficacy evaluation:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.65%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both pricking therapy combined with cupping and acupuncture combined with cupping can improve j oint redness,heat pain,limited activity and laboratory indicators of patients with damp-heat aggregate acute gout arthritis.However,compared with acupuncture combined with cupping,pricking therapy combined with cupping can better improve j oint redness,heat pain,limited activity and laboratory indicators.2.The efficacy of pricking blood therapy combined with cupping is significantly better than that of acupuncture combined with cupping in the treatment of damp-heat aggregate acute gout arthritis,without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
