| Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy difference between electroacupuncture cervical jiaji point combined with conventional acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy for chronictention-type headache,to explore the effectiveness of electroacupuncture cervical jiaji point combined with conventional acupuncture therapy for chronictention-type headache,in order to provide a new method for clinical treatment. Methods:A total of 60 standardized patients with chronic tension-type headache were included in this clinical observation, which were divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture cervical jiaji point combined with conventional acupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture only.Patients in both groups were treated for 6 consecutive days, once per day,40 min each time, and rested for 1 day per week, for 4 weeks in total.VAS pain score,HAMA anxiety Scale score and headache symptom score of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods for patients with chronictention-type headache was comparedand analyzed.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups included in this study(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were not affected by baseline data and could be compared.2.In VAS score and HAMA score, there was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which could be compared; After treatment, the scores of the two groups decreased to varying degrees(P<0.01),but the scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),indicating that both groups can improve the pain and anxiety symptoms of patients with chronic tension-type headache, and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.There was no difference in headache symptom score between the two treatment groups(P>0.05),which could be compared;twogroups after treatment scores were lower(P<0.01),different level lower, and the treatment group compared with control subjects(P<0.01),and in improving the degree of headache frequency, and duration are also score significantly lower after treatment and the treatment group is lower than the control group, showed that the improvement of headache symptoms is also two groups of patients are effective and the curative effect of treatment group is better.4.After treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was compared,a nd the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,while that of the control group was 76.67%.The rank-sum test showed that P<0.05,indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point combined with convent ional acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy alone have clinical effects in the treatment of chronic tention-type headache, both of which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and boost life quality of patients.2.Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point combined with convent ional acupuncture was superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the pain score, headache symptoms and accompanyinga nxiety symptoms of patients with chronic tention-type headache. |
