Clinical Observation On The Healing Effect Of Longcao Ointment On Diabetic Foot Ulcer(damp-heat Accumulation Type)

Objective:To observe the effect of Longcao ointment on diabetic foot(damp-heat accumulation type)by ob serving the area and depth of diabetic foot ulcers and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and to prove that the Longcao ointment has a simple and effective effect,and provides new therapeutic agents for patients with diabetic foot with damp-heat accumulation type.Methods:From May 2020 to February 2022,64 patients with diabetic foot ulcers(damp-heat accumulation type)who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the Department of vascular diseases of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.All subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Give basic treatment and debridement and dressing change once a day.First,the skin around the wound of the affected limb is routinely disinfected,and after the disinfection is completed,the wound surface is debridement according to the condition of the wound.After the debridement was completed,the experimental group applied Longcao ointment to the wound surface and wrapped it with a clean dres sing.In the control group,MEBO was applied to the wounds,and the wounds were bandaged with clean dressings.21 days is a course of treatment,and one course of treatment is observed.After 21 days of routine treatment,the changes of wound area,wound depth,and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed.The observation data were analyzed by spss26 0 statistical software for statistical analysis to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Result:(1)There were significant differences in wound area and depth between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)There was significant difference in wound area and depth between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)The effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was 90.0%and that in the control group was 80.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longcao ointment can obviously improve the size and depth of the diabetic foot ulcer,accelerate the healing,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
